You couldnt make it up! as for lapdog well enough said, he clearly hasn't got a clue on forward cash growth!! But what we really need is a full update from gulf asap. | ![]() wisky55

06/1/2019 14:00 | I see that there are posters telling lies again about my posting history. Their desperation here knows no bounds. Broadford is correct about this bb. Broadford, paying a divi although not impossible looks unlikely imo when the numbers are considered. Allow for the debt cover of $100m, plus an absolute requirement to retain a healthy bank balance of at least $75m. Then there's the FDP if and when it arrives. If the plans for 110k a day are part of the FDP the company need to show they can achieve it without "new money" (inevitably from the Insti's). POO is an unknown and heavy oil will lose much value after 2019. So a recent assumption from a multi nicknamed poster regarding income can be dismissed as fantasy. As we've seen with other producers in Koruptistan the MNR have done deals whereby their debts were wiped out for "extra" percentages of licences and different terms. The MNR need to get rid of their debts as Baghdad not liable for them. That means the company need a ton of cash and decent on going revenue. JF said they can get to 55k by self funding. Maybe, however getting to 110k is totally different. If the MNR want oil faster GKP need to farm out. Unless the MNR are happy for JF's "boring oil company" to plod along for absolute years. Imo. | ![]() bigdog5
06/1/2019 11:00 | Chart looks like the start of a Rectangle pattern. The Rectangle: Supply and Demand in Balance A price chart or graph may be thought of as an X-ray of supply and demand. Figure 1 describes a rectangle pattern where supply and demand are in approximate balance for an extended period of time. The shares move in a narrow range, hitting resistance at the rectangle's top and finding support at its bottom. The rectangle can occur over a protracted period of time or form quickly amid a relatively wide-ranging series of bounded fluctuations. Schabaker notes that it can approach a square in its proportions. In any case, it is a pattern which shows trader indecision, one in which the bulls and bears are approximately equally powerful. (For a refresher on supply and demand, read Economics Basics: Demand And Supply.) | nestoframpers

06/1/2019 09:14 | @Broadford Bay You have a deep knowledge about engineering, pipes etc... But no knowledge about finances. How can you post something so ridicoulus suggesting the cie pays a dividend of 0.1£ per share? They would be better of buying back shares! Creates more value for the shareholders.
