Until the oil companies put on a united front and start threatening action together ( or non action) then it will continue to be a case of divide and rule .

BoD should have a good idea now of how the votes have been cast for AGM resolutions. Whilst it's possible to vote at the meeting itself, in my experience the vast majority don't normally take the risk of something preventing them from attending, so vote in advance.

I wonder which way the wind's blowing re the plan to motivate directors?
