There were approx 1 billion shares in issue at that time.

Discounting the $63 by half for the relinquishment of blocks and diluting the value due to the number of shares currently in issue, your "scenario" of $63 a share would still provide over £1 a share in a read across. Bearing in mind many have had the opportunity to participate in the open offer most shareholders have more shares now than they had back then so the value for shareholders - if you were to be believed - would and should still be there in abundance.

But there is barely any value, just as with all Kurdish Oil stocks

And the common denominators are....?

The dream is over, the hype proven to be unfounded

DNO have revised their already pitiful offer and as no other offer is forthcoming the bid for this company is still in the hundreds of millions opposed to the tens of billions regardless of the number of shares in issue. Now why is that? It's nothing to do with Corporate Governance.

063, why you take your cheap flight to Dublin, think about this, you backed board changes that had a devistating effect on shareholders, but you and MG Capital, did no DD at all, if you had, then shareholders would not have lost the amount they have... You did not think, or you were part of a team to destroy shareholder value.

What did XOM do a deal with Nujifia and Hawrmi on Land in Iraq for XOM that joined Jabal Khand, to Al Qosh, SA, Shiakan, what amount did Nujifia and Hawrmi get from XOM and did XOM take the BIR on Shaikan?

063 what was put in place on September 1998 in Kurdistan by the Clinton Administration, and how did it work, what was its purpose and who changed it ?

Wrong, Vested interests. If you had done proper DD when you and the others proposed the MG an Capital you would know more.

Jon Ferrier is worse than TK and Naz is a ----- oil trader, miller, securty , offshore banking with 5 Kurd businesses, but I would not expect the WZR promotion agent to do any DD or research.
