24/11/2016 13:49 | Nest Pre July 13 the pigs trough 2% Post July 2013 they trough 10% of the sale value over initial trough point ( broadly) so if it sells for 1 bn now they share 20m If it sells post July 13 2017 they share 1000-300m start point = 10% of 700m = 70m The more it sells for the later its sold the more shares they get awarded So it encourages a party to pay sooner now. Rather than have to see a bigger chunk going to outgoing execs Its called a golden parachute But if its worth peanuts now or later it matters not I think they have a buyer in process subject to getting second amendment etc If they have direct sale of oil ability it changes them completely - Makes them far more attractive to acquirer now or later And if they stay independent they make profits guaranteed So as usual we have to wait But I think Dec 15 latest Pre conference IMO For something???? | ![]() notout

Not main board but senior management. Nadz got a mention when he joined; why not the young kanook? | lardner23
24/11/2016 13:06 | Near term target to increase current production capacity of 40k bopd to 55k bopd, which can be financed with operating cash flow and existing cash balance -------------------- So much for the lies in the restructure propoganda which reckoned we'd have to spend big just to maintain current production . Project fear it should have been called . A bit like the cpr's | ![]() roverite12

24/11/2016 12:56 | owdbuffer, The share price is irrelevant by now, an excuse at best to fleece more/sell more. Looking back the story was Saddam didn't want the Iraqi-Kurd oil out. To me it seems he couldn't get it out. The same (few cleptomaniac) people that regarded it as theirs back then, now have a even more firm grip on it. Overheard, in a galaxy not far away.... He's gone, at last! Can we get it out now? -We don't have an industry... yet. Well, hope you're not suggesting we use our money. -No, no worries. I know a few bankers that'll fix that. How? -We'll create a special relationship. We'll give them 'rights' to our oil so they can set up a vehicle and tap investors for the money on the LSE. The money goes into the vehicle and we tap the vehicle. Most of the money gets spend using our 'liated' services -kickbacks straight into our pockets- to create the industry and satisfying our special relationship including their cost's for the vehicle. On the side I think our friends will let us dabble on the UK-property markets. You'd like that, not? If not there's plenty opportunity for other 'fine business' worldwide. There'll be shares against the money... -Don't worry. That's the easy part. Our friends just 'steal' them back for us before any money could flow back. And if holders don't like it, our puppets will (threaten to) pull the plug. ...They'll 'like' it. Those that don't invest more, our friends will print into oblivion straightaway. Wow. Can they issue debt too? You know, I've a few coffers full kickbacks that could do with a rinse. Don't have a wife to put out all day walking the streets selling cheques around, like some. -Ofcourse. It's the LSE, stupid. Leave it to our friends, it's their business after all. How's that? -(strikes a pose)...."Bond. Clean Bonds." | ![]() olieslim

24/11/2016 12:16 | So better news STILL is that aside from proven reserves-commercial - producing - low lift costs - GKP has high additional contingent resources AND huge prospectivity. 24/11/2016 11:29 | So coming back to comparable metrics For out and out undeveloped assets But commercial and proven 2p Even in a 'hotspot' Looking at $2-4 EV/2p So that's a minimum of 250% uplift Massive buy All the best Much love 👀👀 | ![]() notout
