Suppose all arrears get paid in 2016 (like it was said initially):

- Many consider the restructuring being (up to a year?) early-

- Parliament vote tomorrow on most important political feat: The Budget 2017. It used to be that an Oil Law needed to be part of it.(They got around it everytime because of a seperate deal/arrangement/treaty; possible again)


Have the arrears slunk BECAUSE of the restructering?

One BUT:

Obviously oil is very! important for their Budget(s), but nowhere in the above nor in any other related recent article on is OIL mentioned.

P.S. My guess: a lot of oil related news (Oil Law etc.) is to break soon after. It probably is part of still ongoing discussions, deal(s) that still have to finalise. Maybe the Iraqi-Kurds are seeking feedback with their own first?... ?

The economic evaluation in the CPR usually takes the form of an estimate of the post-tax Net Present Value (NPV), at a 10% discount rate, of the forward cash-flow of the projects associated with production of the Reserves, under certain economic assumptions, which must be clearly stated. a 10% discount rate when assessing investment projects

Just shy $1.4bn

So interesting that even applying 20% gkp Nov pushes $600m

And that's base case initial fdp
