“Production for March will be 130,000 bpd lower than in February, which will keep Iraq’s partners in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) content.”

The above fit in with my estimation that they had been at near 3.4 million bopd from the end of last year.

“Economists and analysts warn that the government’s plans rely on the price of oil remaining at $70 per barrel or above and production at 3.5 million bpd because any dips would derail the budget and cause myriad problems.”

Confirmation of the 3.5 million figure I referred to in my original post.

Even at 3.3 million bopd export and current PoO they do not need Kurdish oil to balance the budget and pay salaries.

The company NOT issuing perennial future incentive options to PDMR, BOD,and staff as is always done within a week of FY results - is extremely telling.
The company has clearly sold up effective date for the transaction will be as at Dec 31 2023.
Just wait now for the RNS

No Board of Directors would approve the sale of a company at this stage. Gulf Keystone EV is give or take £70 million. Once the pipeline opens it’ll generate more than its current market cap in earnings. It can immediately after an agreement on the pipeline is obtained along with a clear statement on how the arrears will be paid, pay a substantial dividend and start a buyback program. Capex on Shaykan will potentially substantially improve reserves. Patience has a return of several times of the current price. An acquisition is just the typical delusion of forums. If it happens, down the line it’s at a multiple of the current price but only when the oil is flowing and perhaps more exploration takes place.
