Following a careful review of Gulf Keystone's latest reserves report, DNO is prepared to consider an all cash transaction but at a meaningful discount, to the previous $300 million equivalent cash-and-shares offer. In case anyone missed the link to the Shaikan Fracture System Presentation which GKP CEO Jon Ferrier put onto the GKP website in order that shareholders could see its contents, here is the link: hTTp://www.gulfkeystone.com/media/92560/shaikan-anticline-aapg-talk-8-april-2014.pdf Within the presentation you will see photographs of large open “dissolution slots”. These are a key part of the much-discussed “Shaikan Fracture Porosity”. These slots contain liquid oil, but they are shown empty in the photos after the cores (the long cylinders of rock, removed from the reservoir formations using a special coring tool) had been cleaned. The dissolution slots were formed by acidic water, in the ancient past, getting into small fractures in the rock and opening them up by dissolving the carbonate rock. At a later time, Oil was generated from source rocks and it migrated into the Shaikan reservoir rock, filling the fractures with liquid oil and soaking the “matrix” (the solid rock which contains the fractures, the slots and apparently also the holes). If Jon Ferrier had not wanted this material - which was already in the public domain and was not covered by Confidentiality Agreements - to be discussed he woukd hardly have put it onto the website nor would it still be accessible lol And here also is the official Abstract of the Presentation: Fractured Reservoirs of the Shaikan Anticline, Northern Iraq John C. Lorenz1, Scott P. Cooper1 and John Stafford2 1FractureStudies LLC, Edgewood, New Mexico, US 2Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd, London, UK April 8, 2014 Tuesday 3:25 P.M. AAPG Annual Convention and Exhibition, Houston, TX Abstract Oil-bearing reservoirs of the Shaikan Anticline in northern Iraq, with billions of barrels of oil in place, consist of highly fractured Mesozoic carbonates. Extensive field and core work documents an interconnected network of fractures dominated by closely spaced, bed-normal extension fractures, supplemented by strike-slip conjugate shear fractures and local low-angle thrust planes. Younger fracturing consists of flexural-slip bed-parallel shearing and shear reactivations of the earlier bed-normal fractures. Characteristics of these natural fractures vary by lithology, diagenesis, and structural position, with fracture heights being greater in the more homogeneous formations and bed-parallel shear being best developed on the steep forelimb of the anticline. Fractures in certain formations have been subjected to significant dissolution, with open, millimeter- to centimeter-scale slots developed along what were originally calcite-mineralized fractures. Most fractures in core, even the dissolution slots, are strata-bound, but vertical interconnectivity is enhanced by faults. Fracture patterns and bed-normal stylolites provide information on the structural development of the Shaikan Anticline, recording a pre-fold maximum compressive stress that was parallel to bedding and aligned in the NE-SW direction, evolving into the present-day, NNE-SSW oriented stress system. Bigdog5 is just another Avatar with some kind of disorder. He cannot spend a single day without posting constantly on the only BB he ever posts on, yet he hold no shares. There is something not quite right here, there is some kind of OCD thing going on. I do not, and never have, believed someone is paying him to do this.

"On the subject of inside information didn't you receive some slides from the company under a non disclosure agreement ??? And didn't you and your friends that where with you in that meeting slowly leak those slides onto ADVFN ???" Oh dear, that doesn't appear to be right.
