21/9/2022 19:55 | Never heard of another oil field being dubbed "The beast" before. I am sure Ghawar had some superfluities in Arabic. | nestoframpers

21/9/2022 18:54 | "Happy to help you fantasists." Good. Well here's something you can help us with Sarah. For 2 years you've been wittering on and telling us that GKP had to abandon the Butmah and move up to the SAM because when they drilled Sh-12 they got a surprise when they found that the OWC was "hundreds of metres higher than they thought it was". So how did Sh-12 produce 4,600 bpd from the Butmah into the export pipeline for a year without the need for any water handling equipment. | habshan
21/9/2022 18:40 | Mr Carroll, haven't you and fellow rampers been talking about accumulation of cheap shares prior to a takeover for a very long time? In the period since the first shareholder wipeout back in July 2016 any interested party could have bought the company much cheaper than the current share price it could have gone for less than £100m at certain times. Any interested party could have approached the Insti's and done a deal at a price that was above the share price at that time but below the current share price We've seen certain Insti's dump the shares and get out presumably because they got tired of waiting for an offer, for the production rates to materially increase, for the real progress that they were promised way back in 2015. No company takes years to accumulate shares in order to make an offer. If something is worth buying it happens within weeks. Ever heard of "dawn raids"? They've had 13 years to consider. Since you have never ever been in that "world" and have zero experience of it isn't all the BS you spout just that? That and of course desperate fantasy? Then of course there's the hosts that have control over what happens and wouldn't be averse to taking any and all steps to protect their interests. No one is interested in coming to your rescue. However the hosts could push through their preferred consolidation. Happy to help you fantasists. | bigdog5
21/9/2022 17:38 | Just stating a FACT nest, all shares decrease on Ex Divi day and with reference to your statement “it is going to be a lot higher” that is nearer to FACT as it can be and that’s why I’m here 👍👌 | bumkin
21/9/2022 16:29 | Just had a look , my top up isn't showing . Bumkin who cares if it falls it is going to be a lot higher , like H7 says there is a conflation of events converging imminently . EU ban on Russian oil winter in the west and the lack of fossil fuels . China helping out Venezuela can't help either. | nestoframpers

21/9/2022 13:30 | PT I totally agree , what I forgot to mention was that after this , Biden asked MBS to increase production to help him win the US mid term elections. The response of course is the Saudi's current deal with the Russians and an increase in cost of oil to the USA. All of which makes Iraqi oil in demand. IMO | highlander7
21/9/2022 13:14 | Worth a listen. Tomorrow at 6pm BST. Summary Please join us on this live webinar with Eric Nuttall, Senior Portfolio Manager at Ninepoint Partners as he outlines why his thesis for the multi-year oil bull market has not changed. Eric will discuss the recent pull back in oil prices even as the physical demand for oil remains very strong. | pro_s2009
21/9/2022 12:53 | @H7, I doubt that anything doesn't happen inside an Saudi embassy (Turkey) without MBS's involvement. I think there are enough negatives in that sentence :-) | ptmorris1
21/9/2022 12:21 | This is just a waiting game now. The EU needs Oil, so does the UK ( we still import 50% BTW) The Saudi's look like they are making deals with Putin (after Biden accused MBS of murdering a journalist) India is making deals with Putin. The USA is being sidelined and the Germans are panicking. Something has to give this time. IMO | highlander7
