Germany and Austria have opened accounts with Gazprom Bank in Switzerland to facilitate paying for their gas in Roubles.
Warned that they were on the hook for Russian gas, German officials laughed. Now they are paying for the invasion of Ukraine...... in Roubles.

A recent bout of bad weather has slashed oil production in North Dakota by almost 80 percent, and restoring the lost output could take several days. North Dakota, home to part of the Bakken shale formation, is the third-largest oil-producing state in the United States, with a daily production of 1.1 million barrels.

The situation is temporary, but today’s volatile market is acutely aware of any production outages, particularly in the United States. North Dakota’s loss of roughly 800,000 bpd has caused oil prices to climb even higher at an inopportune time when global oil prices are already high. The U.S. oil industry has come under fire recently for its slow post-covid production increase.

Shafaq News / The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, met today, Thursday, with the Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, Liesje Schreinemacher.

The meeting discussed a series of topics, including economic and revenue diversification, strengthening the banking system, supporting small businesses, and the impacts of climate change.

Mrs. Schreinemacher expressed her country's readiness to strengthen trade, investment, and agricultural ties with the Kurdistan Region, according to an official statement.

The Dutch official expressed her country's willingness to enhance trade, agricultural, and investment ties with the Kurdistan Region, and conveyed the Dutch Prime Minister's greetings to PM Barzani.

for his part, the Kurdish Prime Minister expressed appreciation for the continuous support that the Netherlands has provided for the Kurdistan Region.

Wow!! that was such a good EX-div day, I held for the divvy rather than trying to buy in cheaper today, it worked out well and stupid thing is it's EX-div again in 2 months time 30th June, I hope Nestoframpers is correct with his Bimonthly Dividend, it's certainly feasible with the current and upcoming cash flow.

A Fri close of above 224p will be the highest close since march 2016 , I think we might have broken out, but the trend line to get through is at 276 ish
