247, only the last 2 on my list can really be described as way out. The others are very possible. A FI needs little from the KRG for it to happen, unlikely tomorrow but clearing the way for one. Perhaps I should have edited it with "clear signs of".

474096 NOR, point is missed. Zorp been quoting from IMF oversight from August last year.. Key isssues are Basra has funded everyting in Kurdistan. Not KRG or any of its oil revenue.

If Basra had there way KRG would not be allowed oil revenue they rpoduce and I would back that 100% ..Reason , KRG have npt paid into ICG budget since Saddam was overthrown.

Yes Iraq as its fare share of corruption, but its not run by Family patronage and illegal presudent with no mandate.

Lets put the USA on the spot, they lost $35 billion of Iraq money when it was sent by Plane to Iraq, only Yanks could acccess that money.. What is IMF stance on helping a member (Iraq) of the IMF who contributed to the IMF fund for rainy days, yet the USA Republicans an Politicians who made $35 billion vanish are not made to pay Iraq that money back, which was held by the UN , and sent to Iraq in USA milliatry planes.

Easy answer and simple one is KRG are not alllowed to handle any Money from Oil sales, the same as Basra can not. All funds for oil sales go to IMF bank and they send them to Iraq.

Budget says KRG get 17% of budget, not 17% of oil revenue- IMF handle budget funds once everything is worked out and send KRG 17%, from there KRG pay there civivl servants, and iocs, and peshmerga.. Constitution KRg quote from clearly states only military funding that can come from the budget is all millitary is under IRAQ, so that means all peshmerga deatils and bank payments made to them is by the ICG..Thats the part the KRG insisted went in the constitution and Tal.
If the KRG want pesh paying from ICG budget, they will have to submit all pesh forces members details for payment to ICG . If KRG are serious then why object to the part they wanted in the constitution, or is it really they claim for 70,000 pesh forces who dont exist.

TAL was put together by P Galbraith and KRG, constitution was based on TAL, so KRG got what they wanted.. Now if it does not work, then simply hold hands up and say, we messed up.

Bottom line is Iraq can wipe out debts with oil production in few years the UK cant wipe out its debt in the next 20 years..

Explanation of Akri/BB, can we get them back free/set against KRG debt.
How the company see the KRG's debts being paid. Clear concise achievable.
