Yes we do... We know exactly. it's reported here :



Their average price is reported in the data on all positions (except GGP)

However - We know 'when' they reported - 10th January. Which means they either arrived on the 7th - 9th January selling hard (ie 8.2p to 7.8p) into the lows of those days, or they had been around for a while, selling some of their position a bit higher (9p ish) and then pushed over the 0.5% reporting threshold on the 7-9th because they decided to increase their position.

FACT is either way they are underwater on some (or all of) their position now, because to buy back 26m will squeeze us much higher (given hard base, and prospect of a deal ahead which could lead to massive rerate).

They 'may' get to close out at the raise, i suppose, if thee is one, but they will require massive sellers AND if the placing paper is paced privately and the stock goes to Newmont and/or direct to ASX funds there wont be much available on AIM that's for sure...

Alternatively, they may have been around a while shorting for a long time back in the 6s from April last year expecting it to go to 4p and only eTHEN had to double down and protect their position when L7G bough in which took them over the 0.5% threshold

26m is about 25% of our biggest volume day ever - buying that back takes us to the mid 9s

The thing is, you share ramping dimwits are relying on pure guesswork yet again.

You don't actually know at what prices hedge fund, ActusRay Partners Ltd short-sold any of their "open" short-positions.

You are clearly making assumptions about others, based solely on your own poor investment choices, which is never a wise move.

New Asset Manager with 33 million Shareholding in GGP

According to the latest Morningstar GGP Ownership it's interesting to note now that we have a new asset manager, which hasn't been there before, Konwave AG, which has a new holding of 33 Million shares.

They are a "Swiss provider, FINMA approved Asset Manager Collectiv Schemes, who offers active investment solutions in structurally attractive themes with a focus on gold mining", and "In gold mining we focus on the most prospective stages of the mining industry.
