I see some numptie on the Solg kiddie board thinks Solg will be sold for its NPV. He obviously can't understand algebra.
Same on here for Havieron and HydroDim.
Simple formula for an NPV (adjusted for time values) is NPV=GrossPV-Capex
(GrossPV is the value after capex met)
A buyer will have to meet the capex as well.
So he will pay NPV+Capex=GrossPV-capex+capex =GrossPV.
What does he get in return ? - Why just the Gross PV, which is what he has paid for the whole project.
ie no return on investment whatsoever.
Why would even a Numptie do that ? HydroDim obviously would.

If GGP take over 100% of Havieron and Telfer then we become an instant cash generative gold and copper miner. They are stockpiling millions and millions of tonnes of gold ore at Telfer whilst they are fixing the tailings dam. If we takeover Telfer by the time the tailings dam is repaired then that is all ours. We hit the ground running $$$
