I doubt they have many left...credit to JC, bellow.
Makes no sense at all to short at these levels,
unless your main goal is to suppress the share price for the "client"

My feelings exactly telbap.
JPM dont always get it right though, I was in ARS in 2017 when JPM bought 139.5 million placement shares at 4.3p. Approx £6 million.
That is the only stock I have ever held where the share price rose rapidly on a placement!
They dumped the whole job lot at a huge loss a couple of years later.
Equally I hope the shorting scum get stung here!
Im of the belief that we have bottomed out now as investors see real value at this level despite JPMs best efforts.
Roll on 2023!

I think this whole asx deal is set to deck over JPM, and whoever their paymaster is (lol like we don't know!) it will make it double difficult for JPM to short us as there will be arbitrage issues which the market cannot allow.....will be interesting to see how it plays out. At the minute they are simply trying to bore us out of our shares, every time we get an event that we fell should boost us up, boom, another 10 or 20m sells avalanche down on us and kill the impetus....For me, Newcrest delaying the FS was a telling story. Now all we need is the new MRE in Feb and the upgraded FS shortly after , it's not far away.

Telfer/Havieron - Long Term Positions 5+ Years

Well, we all know that it'll be LONG TERM!

Surely more proof (as if we needed it!) that we're going mining!

Had a chum long since no longer with us sadly. He did as you did; but so often traded out the wrong number and had to go back and repeat sale for the 50 or so shares he fat-fingered. Switched to round number of shares eventually - no mistakes thereafter.

I usually deal in round numbers of pounds sterling,
which works out to odd numbers of shares.

wisteria - I wish!

I always trade in round numbers; but it is really bizarre how many of the big trades in GGP are conducted in odd numbers - like that 986,310. Absolutely no idea why it should be like that.

Just some background for those that don't know. Sam Garrett is an Executive Director at Flynn Gold. It was Sam, with a colleague, David Archer, who personally bought Havieron from Newcrest Mining back in 2008. He recognised the potential of Havieron, after Newcrest Mining had pretty much abandoned it in the 1990's.

Then, Sam Garrett, through Pacific Trends Resources, eventually sold Havieron to Gervaise Heddle at Greatland Gold. Sam Garrett praised Gervaise Heddle (and Callum Baxter) for having the balls to later drill deep at Havieron, and we all know where we are now!
