11/11/2022 06:16 | Gold Digger: Was that the bottom? Gold poised to punch through $US1,800/oz after surging $120/oz in a week - Stockhead - 11th November 2022 Gold prices are surging after a cool US inflation report reassured markets that the Fed could soon downshift to half-point rate hiking pace. “It looks like the dollar died today and chaos in crypto has made good ol’ gold very attractive again,” OANDA senior markets analyst Ed Moya says. “Gold is breaking out here and it could have a steady path towards the $1,800 level if dollar weakness remains.” Gold miners have mirrored the uptrend. The Betashares (ASX:MNRS) and VanEck (ASX:GDX) Gold Miners ETFs are up 11.79% and 10.6% respectively over the past 5 days. Individual miners leading the nascent recovery include Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN) +30%, Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM) +27% and Regis Resources (ASX:RRL) +27%. Behemoths Newcrest (ASX:NCM) and Northern Star (ASX:NST) are up 16% and 22% respectively. | timberwolf
10/11/2022 23:39 | A rising tide floats all boats. Nearing top of 7.5 to 8.5p trading range. If I was bullish of gold there are literally 100s of other stocks in production to consider first. | saracen3
10/11/2022 20:30 | Amusing to watch the other site/board, where pseudo scientific / knowledgeable arguments and speculations rage about NCM's options and costs/benefits for developing Havieron in light of the forthcoming PFS - as if it has direct relevance for GGP. They seem oblivious of the hard and basic facts for GGP which are that its fortunes are now tied 90% to exploration to find something it can call its own - with all the future uncertanties and costs that will bring. While GGP has hopes of an income from Havieron - it is totally at the whim of NCM and its plans for expanding, spending, whatever and completely uncertain how much it will be and not in view for at least 3-4 years and probably more and - going by the forecasts behind those brokers puffing big NPV's - won't be very much. That in light of what NCL will have to 1) spend on exploration and 2)contribute even more to what looks like escalating costs to devlop Havieron. Not to mention the dilution coming for GGP shareholders from 1 and 2. Yet not a word from those speculators about these matters infinitely more important to GGP especially in the short and medium term than anything NCM is planning for Havieron. They parrot SD, who pretends he is in charge of a Tier One prospect, when he isn't. | lurker5

10/11/2022 08:09 | Ariana's Turkish gold and silver mines keep finding more. But it sold 76% of them off - with shareholders' expecting the proceeds as a big dividend. They got a measely 0.35p per share, which halved by 3p since the deal. Why would Chicckybiddy think that was ? Answer ? No brain. No think. | lurker5
10/11/2022 06:49 | "A monster tier that keeps finding more and more gold". Yet continues to find reaching a decent sp, more and more difficult lol. Even with outstanding results, month after month. You are nuts... 🤪🤪 | halland75
09/11/2022 22:26 | Oh Yeah. Invest in Angs with a gas field that was abandoned due to a drop in reserves or invest in a monster tier 1 gold mine that just keeps on finding more and more gold. I must be nuts... | chickbait
09/11/2022 20:35 | Flipping hell guys! I think his medication is wearing off lol. I think the nutter should be more concerned in asking himself...Why haven't I sold this sick, GGP mutt yet? Just asking..... Worrying that GGP rose a pitiful amount today, whereas lots of metals outfits rose sharply. 6p coming to a cinema near you soon! Gervais knew! | halland75
09/11/2022 19:47 | Obviously the well pressure will start dropping. How quickly is anyone's guess?? What, What.. | chickbait
09/11/2022 19:40 | sincer01. If Angs have deferred the hedge and the well pressure may start slowly dropping and if the sidetrack is unsuccessful then how can they keep going without raising and diluting? What then?? Just asking??? | chickbait
09/11/2022 17:16 | Interesting that POG and silver both held up well today (so far) compared to the USD /basket strength. Will be watching again tomorrow to see if we see some divergence | telbap
09/11/2022 11:25 | share price can't get anywhere near recent placing of 8.20 ...that is a serious red flag... i don't think 8 will be seen again .....6 or 5 more likely in short term then even lower mid term.... 2p or below longterm .... | sincero1
09/11/2022 08:08 | All the POG action is in front of us inflation data tomorrow. Looks like the market believe that it might have topped out and the fed is about to pivot rates down again. Do not believe that for one minute. | telbap |
