22/10/2010 20:52 | They have to pay themselves well if they want to buy it back from administration after shareholders have paid all the development costs. | melton john
22/10/2010 20:47 | ask yourself how much that long list of folk are pulling out of this company on an annual basis? this company is way too top heavy on the management side...selling off core assets...hardly a positive sign...more an admission of their own incompetence.... | 6kenny
22/10/2010 15:42 | Some people. | knowing
22/10/2010 15:40 | He must mean on plus. | camlor2
22/10/2010 15:30 | Next wave of buying seems to have started at 3.7 | knowing
22/10/2010 14:51 | lol, paranoid or what? | themoneymonster2
22/10/2010 14:50 | Oh silence, i wonder who dumped :-)) | scott84
22/10/2010 12:29 | Thanks rougepierre. That makes a lot of sense to me now. So seems a company to invest in (if it can survive) for the long them for great returns then. Thanks. | akum
22/10/2010 12:26 | You can now buy 100k online , The mini rally I fear is about to run out of steam. | minky65
22/10/2010 12:13 | I've followed this company for years akum. It was one of my first green plays, along with CFU (still in) and CWR (out at 180p). The science is brilliant and its incredibly green - especially for aircraft, in theory...and saves companies money through greater turbine efficiency. but...the air related sales have declined! if you're looking for only one answer "its the economy stupid..." to quote a well known quotation from the past. despite the green agenda AND the business and financial efficiency, companies aren't spending money on this no-brain technology - and most of the clients are in the US! to be worth investing in, GTE needs critical mass - it's not covering its fixed costs and that's already a bad sign. the strategic investor couldn't see the attractions after weeks of deliberation. what do we know that is better? or is it blind faith and an unwillingness to take losses... | rougepierre
22/10/2010 12:08 | I am new to this. Energy efficiency if the order of the day and will be for a while. So why is this company struggling. There is business case for companies to install their technologies for a payback period of about two years. Why are they struggling??? Perhaps their technology is not all that? I personally believe in this type of compnay as a sustainble way for our common future! | akum
22/10/2010 12:03 | yes but look at the rate of losses....and they've never made a profit...and the sales are still only half the FORECAST level 2 years ago! | rougepierre
22/10/2010 11:59 | runs out of cash? Maybe check cash balance at last accounts and availability on credit facility, nice try though. | themoneymonster2
22/10/2010 11:57 | I'm not a deramper and until I sold out recently at 9p, I had been a committed investor in GTE who had made money several times, averaged down and never lost a bean. the recent happenings and the latest results update, together with the end of talks lead me to believe that unless one of GTE's partners takes them out, this is headed for a long slow death...or a quick one if it runs out of cash... | rougepierre
22/10/2010 11:54 | lol, the non stop buying maybe a clue : ) You seem keen to post here even though you don't own any shares in GTE, wonder why? You have told everyone I am a pumper and dumper so not sure what more you can say? Maybe go through the posts again? Have a nice day SCOTT84, what name are you using this afternoon by the way, just so I can filter them all? | themoneymonster2
22/10/2010 11:50 | Going to be amusing when there's no posts from TM2 when he sells. Everybody on this site knows exactly how he operates. If he was so convinced and relaxed that this was going back to 10p he would not be posting 200 times a day ramping it here and elsewhere. Beware, he is one of the usual suspects that operates here and is full of it. | scott84
22/10/2010 11:50 | Minky not ramping just a mistake as the news feed had the date as October so kindly drop dead ;-) | knowing
22/10/2010 11:44 | 1.2 million in trades, 90% buys! Imagine if that was the other way round or what the share price would be if they were still aroiund 10p range! | themoneymonster2
22/10/2010 11:43 | another 45k taken on plus. | themoneymonster2
22/10/2010 11:36 | Knowing - The article is from march , not really up to date , but keep ramping if you can get it to 12p I for one will be very happy. | minky65
22/10/2010 11:33 | 95k buy through. I remember in the 10-30p range a 100k buy would have moved the share price 10%, that would be more like 50% now : ) | themoneymonster2
22/10/2010 10:41 | Wonder why they made the 233k buyer pay 4.25p? I can buy 150,000 shares at 3.88p with barcs online. He should have split the order up. | themoneymonster2
22/10/2010 10:39 | empire. kenny is a False Profit. Check out the threads he has started. The guys an f*ing looney, IMO. Almost exclusively talking to himself. I declare an interest - I know Richard Dawkins well. Also check back through ANR BB and see his claimed identity. Interesting freedosh | freedosh |
