24/7/2024 07:34 | GSF - Guess the Size of the Final. I would put moneu on it being less than 4p. | scruff1
24/7/2024 07:33 | I guess the conclusion I came to a month or so ago was that the GSF assets/diversificati At the time there were a number of other (discounted) renewable trusts to switch into with yields of 8/9% where there were clear PPAs and hedging underpinning the revenues, so the 10/11% yield of GSF didn't seem worth the stretch. I think the value will emerge here in the next couple of years, but it'll likely be bumpy (although not as much as the other storage trusts!) | cousinit
24/7/2024 07:31 | Wiggle room is: 1 next dividend declaration end Sept 1. End Dec 1. End Mar 4. End Jun Big Rock is planned to be energised End Dec. If two months to become revenue generating that's end Feb. Dogfish is planned to be energised End Feb. edit: but the question is probably not about construction delay risk, it's probably more about when will be the revenue per unit once they are built. | cc2014
24/7/2024 07:14 | No chance of full cancellation IMO - but they've left themselves wiggle room to pay less than 4p Final. | spectoacc
24/7/2024 07:12 | If they cancel the 4p "special" dividend, the payout is 3p so a 5% yield on current price, with potential for dividend increase when fully built out, surely not so bad.... | nickelmer
23/7/2024 19:27 | At the moment ???? Have you looked at the graph? :-( Well sub 60 been and gone. Sub 50 next? | scruff1
23/7/2024 09:16 | A few comments from Oak Bloke on his substack on this. | bagpuss67
22/7/2024 14:25 | Does anyone have a handle on the implications of Trump pulling the IRA on GORE? Our big build, and tax credit will be before any changes, and there is a lot in the act he probably likes, so not certain they will reverse. Unlikely any tax change would be retrospective, so one reading could be that anything post dogfish Feb 25 gets delayed/sold, so don't need the capex spend in 25, do | waterloo01
22/7/2024 14:23 | Rumour says that CIA tried to take out Trump because he hates GSF But Trump outsmart you plebs and Shorted GSF before the event | george stobart
22/7/2024 13:47 | Biden was smart in putting renewables into red states | williamcooper104
22/7/2024 13:47 | Getting anything through Congress is not easy For this to be rolled back Trump needs to both get in, and take congress with a such a majority that the congress reps from red states with huge renewable industries (eg Texas) aren't able to block It's a low risk, especially with Biden gone That said the share price is likely to trade around the election, falling the more likely it looks to be a Trump win I own a US prison REIT - so that's my Trump hedge ;) | williamcooper104
22/7/2024 13:23 | With the uncertainty around IRA tax credits in the new USA sites, I feel like this IT has become a dice roll. If Trump gets in, it will nose dive. If the Dems win, it will rocket. Too risky for me currently, though if the share price drops below 55p I'd be very tempted to roll the dice. | probablynotphil
21/7/2024 12:31 | Not an insider but I bought another 5k and have 3 x 5 k limit orders in place 57p please | marksp2011
18/7/2024 12:02 | Talking about that, with the results out the way, would be really good to see some insider buying. Might give a bit of confidence in the will they-won't they 4p final qtr divi next yr. | spectoacc
18/7/2024 12:00 | Thats fair comment Morton | scruff1
18/7/2024 10:29 | Some Q&A's are in annual report. Not all the Q's perhaps posters want answered.I find the annual report very detailed compared to most of the IT's I have invested in.Definitely some risk here but they are not hiding it.Mgmt and fees not going to change. Large investors will decide and 2 of them put in £27 million of extra equity last year above NAV so were happy enough with the share price and mgmt. | morton2011
17/7/2024 17:25 | Just guessing fordy. The nature of the trades suggests an unloading imo. Rathbones last unloading - about 4.5m reported at end of May | scruff1
17/7/2024 15:42 | Gore Street Capital don’t like it when you challenge them on the significant fees and charges they are getting away with … more investors should post on their LinkedIn profile and social media posts. Just look at the #GSF financials for starters! 🤷a | cocopah
17/7/2024 15:02 | ADVFN haven't reported the Rathbone RNS yet, can you post a link | fordtin
17/7/2024 14:43 | And it looks like Rathbones is flogging em again so we could be in for a sub 60 ride. Its been a fun stock hasnt it | scruff1
17/7/2024 12:00 | Looking more like when rather than if | scruff1
17/7/2024 10:42 | It'll damage sentiment and share price if Trump takes presidency and congress | williamcooper104
