I am a shareholder. It is the responsibiltu of the Directors to provide the accounts.GDP would go up in my estimations if they said it is an error; this is the correct figure. Not - there is a break in the line. We will make a prior year adjustment. It is a problem in communication.

Advfn have actually got around to correcting GDP's financials.
GDP never did state what the correct eps was.

Yes maybe RR will settle out of court otherwise it will be at least 6 months and they still have to pay?

It is not going to be a quick resolution in the courts as it has taken 5 months from initiation of legal action to an application. I think the only chance of an early resolution is if there is a change at the top of RR.

It is all a bit of an irrelevance now, but will be a nice windfall if/when it comes in. The important thing is how much the profitability will be this year. I am hoping for around £3m attributable.

In the background is the possibilty of picking up some sort of mining deal. Gerard has said that there are a lot of very cheap assets about.

If they can find the right deal it could have a very significant effect on the share price It wouldn't take much as GDP is still only a £10m company.

I KNOW THIS FRAUD S7 is lying through his back teeth, assuming old age has not taken them.

anyone doubt me plz read back.

dan Miller saved our group a lot of money as we followed his posts.

read how desperate s7 was to ramp this up when it fell to 2p just as Dan said it

Dan is not here to defend himself S7 has been repeatedly asked to wait until Dan gets back but like all sunk he prefers the knife in the back!

you just can prove your comments can you S7. Miller sold at 11p I know for a fact as he told me to sell at that price/.

it's you who lost S7 and you who been CONTINUALLY enticing others to lose with you.

ALL IN ALL, I THINK YOU ARE JUST PLAIN EVIL.

If GOLDPLAT fails in the HIGH COURT it's all over for them...THEIR CREDIBILITY, IF THEY HAVE ANY, WILL BE SMASHED BEYOND RECOVERY.

EVEN IF THEY WIN, WHICH I, DOUBT THE PUBLICISING OF THIS SCANDAL WITH CUT DEEPLY.

you were buying at 16.5p, 15.65p and claiming it was going to 30p plus. You lost big time and were then telling everyone to sell as it hit the lows. I took no notice of your BS and have made good cash here.

Goldplat is likely to turn in a good-looking set of results shortly, unaffected by this latest twist in its dispute with Rand Refinery.

UNAFFECTED....WE SHALL SEE!

gee it looks like exposing the pumping, dumping rampers has really upset them.

however, no matter how they keep on slagging the truth they can't alter it.

GOLDPLAT IS OUT OF FAVOUR WITH THE MARKET AND WILL BE FOR SOMETIME TO COME.....BEST TO SELL IT!
