24/3/2017 07:33 | All you have done is copied and pasted that extract from scipions home page, without including the link for others to follow. | sea7
23/3/2017 16:34 | I make it over 6 million shares now so if it is one buyer we should be getting an RNS. The Martin Ooi RNS has been within hours. Whoever it is it is an investment of over half a million quid, which is not to be sniffed at. | kimboy2
23/3/2017 13:00 | lololololol when the punters wake up to the cost of this loan they could well have nightmares. These guys are not cheap to deal with. then why should they be as possible lenders in the last ditch. Scipion Capital was established in anticipation of the effect Basel II regulations would have on Banks’ capital adequacy requirements. It foresaw the implications it would have for banks withdrawing from the multi-billion dollar commodity trade finance market and the need for alternative sources of funding. Scipion Capital provides short-term self-liquidating asset-backed loans and is a crucial and unique link to global commodity trade - providing additional lines of credit to commodity producers, processors and traders. sorry mr exchange act not trying to talk this dawg share down merely being informative as I am a shareholder albeit at the mo a small one. | danielmiller1
23/3/2017 12:27 | I wonder if those responsible for the administration of the Securities Act of 1934 WOULD BE LOOKING INTO HOW GDP MISLEAD THE MARKET AND CAUSED THE PRICE TO CRASH THEREBY ALLOWING THE FORMER NON EX CHEAP TO PICK UP CHEAP STOCK. OR the fact that a South African FD held/holDs a major share holding in GDP which under SA LAW is illegal. Man it would be really good to clear the air on this Dawgie may even get it suspended | danielmiller1
23/3/2017 11:54 | danielmiller1, you have been saying since the stock was at 1.75 that it is going to go lower, and have ever since. But in the last few days you have reported that you have made a nice profit. You are either lying or something more serious. Examples of market manipulation include "online message board posters (a.k.a. "Bashers") who make up false and/or misleading information about the target company in an attempt to get shares for a cheaper price." Not yet knowing which country you live it, but if you are in US then market manipulation is prohibited under Section9(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1934, and can be subject to 7 years in prison. Can I suggest that you either seek legal advice, or admit you were lying about making a profit and seek legal advice. | droops
23/3/2017 11:34 | The weighted average cost of capital at goldplat has, according to VSA been reduced from 8% to 7.6% as the modest level of debt enhances the capital structure. The interest rate on the loan are known as well, so there aren't any surprises regarding this financing facility. | sea7
23/3/2017 11:30 | Miller, someone has left a message for you on the other board - please read it. | sea7
23/3/2017 11:21 | i SUPPOSE ITS MORE LIES THAT GDP cant hold its gains as I keep telling you lololololololo down again!!!!!!!!!!!!! you need to leanr to play the game oh great Stupid One. wait 'til the costs of this loan are made clear to one and all. The fact that GDP has been forced to go for such terribly expensive money will sink in in due course. People then will begin to understand the true state of this dawgie....then of course we have the rand issue. oh dear oh dear oh deary me | danielmiller1

23/3/2017 10:35 | I make it another 850k today so far so we should be getting an RNS, unless it is more than one buyer of course. He/they are clearing an overhang if nothing else. | kimboy2
23/3/2017 10:00 | I noticed that there is strength on the buy side again today. | sea7
23/3/2017 09:59 | The buyer does not get tired here! | jedrus07
23/3/2017 07:41 | More lies miller, more lies. | sea7
22/3/2017 21:44 | lololololololo you mean secretively buying dont you lolololololololololo far from crying I got a grip and made a nice little bundle again lolololololo | danielmiller1
22/3/2017 17:17 | Everything is doom and gloom with you miller. The stock has been climbing on the back of strengthening fundamentals, the work done is bearing fruit and the growth plans are taking shape, yet you still decry the whole business. You were whining and crying when the stock was 1.75p and here it is, over 360% higher, at 8.25p and you are still claiming that it isn't going anywhere. That's a bit like sitting in car that is travelling along a road and you shouting that we haven't moved since you got in it. Get a grip miller | sea7
22/3/2017 17:10 | who care if you believe me or not certainly not I THIS LOAN IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND WHEN THATS REALISED THE share price will dive. Thne of course they may need the cash to pay off Rand lolololololol just watch | danielmiller1
22/3/2017 17:07 | One other who had a significant amount was brian moritz. When he left sula iron and gold, not long after the share price spiked and then there was an rns which said he no longer had a notifiable interest. Perhaps Brian is selling into this strength. He did hold 2.5% | sea7
22/3/2017 16:44 | It looks as though the buyer got another 600k or so today. It also looks as though there is a largish seller in the market, in GDP terms anyway. I am not sure Nick Gomersall managed to sell all his, though as he was below 3% we won't find out. If they keep buying we will find out who it is at some stage. | kimboy2
21/3/2017 23:12 | Your welcome, not that I was referring to you anyway, however the offer still stands, so pm me.DD | discodave4
21/3/2017 23:10 | Never really understood your gripe DD but there we are. Life goes on. | kimboy2
21/3/2017 22:41 | Thanks for the congrats. | mrmoneybags123 |
