I agree with you totally on that shareholder. Despite the fact the company has delivered on its objectives regarding the turnaround, the share price has pulled back from its recent highs of 7.5p and in my view only sits at its current level as the market is giving some trust to a continuation of the current trend. Had the company not delivered on what it has done, the stock would be much lower again.

The stock would be higher as you say, had things like rand issue not cropped up, the stock dam being further along and the elution column in Ghana not being a year behind the original schedule.

As you say, the share price is also a reflection of not only performance, but trust as well. With the markets being a forward looking arena, any new banana skins that are found and stepped on, will see the share price drop off, irrespective of performance.

Thanks for your kind comments and whilst some trust has been restored, there is a long way to go, before full trust is reflected in the share price and investors are willing to pay a premium for the stock, safe in the knowledge that they are likely to be buying a safe solid company, that will deliver good returns to them.

Sea I have tremendous respect for your knowledge and ability in digging up data on GDP, but with a three fold increase in profit, this share should now be in the 10's There is still a tremendous amount of mistrust hanging over this share and I was surprised that the new chairman was so bullish. This has been the first RNS without any banana skins. You will get to your 10p plus once RR is put to bed in GDP's favour and no more slip ups, but GDP need to build trust with investorsShare price = performance + trust

Whilst the stock has dropped back from the recent high of 7.5, it is still holding up well, which as far as I am concerned is due to the expectation that the market has of the company delivering on the stated objectives, as it has done so of late.

We are on track to hit the milestones that Gerard has outlined and we should be able to see a good finish to this final recovery year to June 2017. The growth and expansion phase is underway and looks set to deliver as planned.

Seems to me that someone is accumulating as all sells are being quietly hoovered up. No RNS yet though.

Stage 2 is due to be completed April and the operating figures for Q3/17 should make a profit reasonably certain at these levels.

I notice that they were suggesting stage 3 could be done in H1/18, along with the Ghana elution column. Presumably the stock dam is imminent as well.

I think that probably adds up to over $3m of investment in H1/18. All on a p/e of less than 1 IMV.

As usual I merely corrected you, you and you Stupid one. In that Demetri had left before the local ownership law.

I use three you's as surely just one "you" cant be that stupid?

Now here is your chance oh great Stupid One. If you claim it was well known before it was made official.......then prove your point,.

Where was it well known, was the fact advertised before it was Gazetted? If so where?

Otherwise do this BB. A favour and STFU if you cant post accurate info

You have been inconsitently posting for years. The fact that the share price remains where it is attests to the rubbish you post!

You know S7 it can get rather tedious correcting your intentionally ramp orientated posts

Stupid one I believe the Kenyan government declared local ownership long after Demi had left.

The problems that Demi had as I understand him was in trying to work with a drunk and also an innumeratic comic which of is a disaster for an one assumed to be an accountant and FD.

Highly likely with an expected rate rise by the fed.

Usual pattern of gold dropping in the run up to the day and then it may increase afterwards.

Don't think he will cross the threshold for an RNS, unless he has bought another million or so since Feb 21st.

I have thought someone has been accumulating for a while. I presume it is Martin Ooi scooping the pool again.

Do you think he is really Daniel Miller?

Perhaps I have been reading Trump's twitter too much.

I saw that the other day KB. As they referred to concentrate, I did not pay it much heed, until I saw that it intended to ensure mineral value addition activities were carried out in the country and not exported.
