Again, looking at the trades, I am not sure why this is still 8-8.6.Could just be a tip that has caught the MMs without much stock, in which case the excitement may be short lived.

I was getting quotes to sell at the same price (7.7) at virtually the same time & quotes to buy were 8.2 ... didn't note exact times so maybe I'm wrong so I'll not argue the point, but wouldn't surprise me if a larger buy prints later.

Most I can get a quote on is 5000 shares at 8.2p, I think the trades that are going through as buys are actually sells. Seems someone wants a big order filling ... no point in selling under 10p in my view as there clearly is no liquidity to buy back if it is this tight before news even hits.

Surely after the last RNS there is news due here any day as construction was due to finish in June but delay by 4-6 weeks. The bad news seems to be baked into the current price so even a further delay should not knock much of the price (assuming on another 2 or 3 weeks) but an RNS saying construction is finished would surely see a bounce?

Fingers crossed that is the case. Certainly very low volume these days - would be great to see that picking up as news flow puts GDP back on the radar.

ACT, my gut feel tells me GDP is close to the bottom. Logic suggests news on the TSF will be price positive and Ghana will be playing catch-up - which should mean a good couple of quarters.

Fair enough - as AAZ becomes more of a copper play it could present a fresh opportunity. But I am sticking with my too late to sell theory of GDP. Maybe the Q4 update will just be another kick in the teeth - I will find out in a few weeks.
