Danger would appear to be the head and shoulders completing imo. Best be a tad cautious if it rises from this baseline but turns around again before the 110p level?

Just about held above 100p. Touching the SMA 50 now, will either provide support here or if it drops could go into freefall.

RC - Marked as a sale but was a buy at 101.9p. I was of the view that the Jefferies outcome should be Q1. Re the water issue...looking good on that...went live in October from memory, so this will improve their margins considerably.

The worm may have turned upward. Given that the company disposes of more than 120,000 barrels of water each month from the Tilodiran field, the completed Rio Verde2 water disposal well will save a tidy sum in transportation costs of circa $US5.7m a year.

Has anyone talked to the company recently?

This is the last thing I heard from the company:

Last time I spoke to Mr Voss was in late December, he said that farm-out process of the Bolivar block should be finalized in the second half of Q1. GED advisor, Jefferies, seems to have a more optimistic time table compared to Mr Voss. Jefferies said from the beginning that the farm-out should be done in early Q1.

Regarding the second CHOPS test, he said that the second test should start in Feb/Mar when the work-over rig was in place.

And last regarding current production he said that the production was more or less stable compared to the last operational update which is inline with the public production data from the Colombian government.

I just picked up another 10,000 shares. Punters chase it up and chase it down but the IC recommendation was done at the current sort of level (so those sellers will dry up at 100p level). Also don't forget the directors were filling their boots at this price and higher just last month. People can be very fickle/hyper short term. This thing has always been squeezy - so price reactions can be significant on what are small monetary sums/volumes.

Looking at the trades it would appear to be small pi profit taking. Obviously the mms want to discourage sellers and get some buyers interested.

Closing in on the 100p level very quickly. If it's through that level then there is nothing stopping it.

My calcs show that total directors purchases made between 1/5-7/12/2012 averaged out at circa 97.75p. The shares are currently still up a whopping 50% since October 2012.
