So Teacup you posted sell Gemfields down to 12p, now 19p, and buy Greatland at 12p, now 8p.

And now you advice holders to switch out of a producer with revenues of $340 pa and a near 20% dividend yield into a speculative gold explorer where there are so many unknowns that it is a mere trading counter at this stage, clearly a much riskier investment.

I see there isn't really anyone on this BB other than Saracen3 and the odd poster. Saracen3 keeps peddling this stock on the GGP board. His posts usually start OFF TOPIC take a look at GEM. If anyone does hold GEM I would look at GGP. Sell your holding here (it's had a good run) as things are starting to get very interesting at GGP. It's been shorted down but the shorts will be closing soon.

6 year high and still so cheap. And still below the 23.5p Fosun, China`s largest jewellery group bid for the company in 2017.

Perhaps they are waiting for them to go ex dividend-it would make sense as they will get a lot more shares? I never give out share tips, but I made an exception for a good friend of mine and he invested £29,000. Fortunately as of this morning he is now in profit!

Looks like a seller has been cleared.

Gemfields sees buyers in Joburg and London today.

Shares go XD in SA on Tuesday 52.56 cents and XD in London on Thursday 2.295p.

This final div alone is worth 12.7% so 20% for the year. PE is about 4x


Crazy cheap emerald auction in May and rubies in June.

I'm looking forward to the dividend but I have now had to set aside some money to see what happens to the share price when it goes ex dividend. I am very confused by the price action and I am still wondering if Assore is reducing it's holding?

Staff share option exercise causes the overhang. Market disappointed that share buy back not carried out. Emerald and Ruby auctions in May and June. Company needs to come out into the light.

For quality gold exposure get into PAF. On an uptrend and still only at 6x earnings. Low debt and dividend paying with growth.
