There was a bizarre twitter post that Smurf sold as he had a margin call !

When CEO's sell shares at a two year low, you can expect nothing less.

Have the betting values been lower than anticipated, or a market correction because they each got bid up to high?
Seems odd as the commentary about US online potential still seems positive.

Whole sector out of favour....if it was just GAN i'd be more worried,

GAN - Black

I've lost track of which states are expected to be next to implement online. Anything imminent?

Other Smurfs are invested in this, quite heavily.
I wonder what they're saying to our CEO...

Just noticed that B.Riley, the house brokers/advisors, reiterated one month ago to the day their price target of $26!

Of course they don't say when they think it will reach that price.

Poor optics by the management here. They call an investor day only a month ago to promote the company to investors and perspective investors. They tell everyone on that call what a great company they have and outline huge potential. The very next month management dump a significant amount of shares. In 20 years of investing, that’s a new one for me.

Do you think the investor(s) who took DS's shares are happy bunnies?

Volume picking up with 829k traded after just over two hours.

It's just over 10% of his holding prior to the sales. Leaves him with 1,699,532 shares, still, at $11, worth just under $19 million.

Not surprising the stock was hit yesterday once the sale of the 17th Nov went up on the SEC Filings, adding to his sales of the 15th & 16th Nov.

Taking the two SEC Filings on the 16th & 17th Nov, showing three share disposals, they total excatly 200,000 shares.

Not an insignificant sum by the CEO, and all done at, or about, the lowest price since floating on NASDAQ.

Minimal B2B growth, increasing exposure to unregulated markets and the inherently less predictable nature of a B2C business with Coolet and CEO selling ahead of FY earnings.

Forget the $14-$18 range, this is going to be trading under $10 pretty soon if they miss guidance

$30 in refrence to this - "2021 chart is a horror."

Hindsight is fine thing. Talk of $60 LTBH at the time, I remember......
Must have been that $500M turnover the Smurf is dreaming of!

Hey ho, ENT is looking droopy too, since Daftkings discovered reality.
Gaming & IT not in favour at the mo., so GAN hit on those two counts as well as figs.

COOLBET doesn't get a mention in the results, but B2C profit down $2M. BetMGM been doing far better...
Customer acquisition cost up from US$30 to 45 per head, Q on Q, for 12K peeps.
So ebitda neutral, hence market reaction. Doesn't inspire confidence.

To my mind the Smurf needs to deliver something far more credible.
He has the gift of the gab, but these shares...... the market won't grab!
2021 chart is a horror. Someone bid $30/share for the company, please!
