Taking the two SEC Filings on the 16th & 17th Nov, showing three share disposals, they total excatly 200,000 shares.

Not an insignificant sum by the CEO, and all done at, or about, the lowest price since floating on NASDAQ.

Minimal B2B growth, increasing exposure to unregulated markets and the inherently less predictable nature of a B2C business with Coolet and CEO selling ahead of FY earnings.

Forget the $14-$18 range, this is going to be trading under $10 pretty soon if they miss guidance

Yep, on the way down from that $30 I bought more at $20 ahead of the bounce. Boing Boing... Gone!

$30 in refrence to this - "2021 chart is a horror."

Hindsight is fine thing. Talk of $60 LTBH at the time, I remember......
Must have been that $500M turnover the Smurf is dreaming of!

Hey ho, ENT is looking droopy too, since Daftkings discovered reality.
Gaming & IT not in favour at the mo., so GAN hit on those two counts as well as figs.

$30 a share ? No chance, we'd be doing well to get $16

COOLBET doesn't get a mention in the results, but B2C profit down $2M. BetMGM been doing far better...
Customer acquisition cost up from US$30 to 45 per head, Q on Q, for 12K peeps.
So ebitda neutral, hence market reaction. Doesn't inspire confidence.

To my mind the Smurf needs to deliver something far more credible.
He has the gift of the gab, but these shares...... the market won't grab!
2021 chart is a horror. Someone bid $30/share for the company, please!

In turbulent markets like these there are those making fortunes and those losing them. Up to now I have been in the former, but maybe not for much longer!

After taking in to consideration exchange rates and share consolidation, this is now lower than final AIM price. So all US gains lost.

Where did you see that. The last trade I saw was on Aug 29th when Dermot bought $250k of shares at $13.85:

Investors who take an interest in GAN Limited (NASDAQ:GAN) should definitely note that the President, Dermot Smurfit, recently paid US$13.85 per share to buy US$251k worth of the stock. Although the purchase is not a big one, by either a percentage standpoint or absolute value, it can be seen as a good sign.

If only!!

Remember GAN raised funds at $15/share to buy CoolBet. Since then CoolBet has gone from strength to strength (80,000 to 200,000 customers) and is worth a lot more than GAN purchased it for, hence $12/share for GAN is a total bargain. Once the day-traders and shorters have had their fun then this will bounce back quick.

Even I'm starting to wonder if we're backing the wrong horse here - that said, the sector seems to be struggling at the moment.

I wonder how much shorting is going on?

Seems pretty obvious with the fall that is taking place. Money for old rope.

Not much sign of a slowing up of this fall, quite the opposite!
