Nice stuff. Curious to see FanDuel igaming results in Connecticut where there is only 3 licensed operators. Population of 3.6 million.
Also, it was a bad .month for sportsbooks due to NFL public winning big. Idk if that is where Coolbet is taking it's most action. Usually looks like people betting on soccer in Latin American countries and hockey in Nordic countries from what I've seen. NFL here and there sure from Canada but nothing compared to soccer.

Flutter's Q3 trading update is interesting. FanDuel apparently has 18% of the igaming market across MI, NJ, PA and WV. Add in WynnBet, TwinSpires and (currently) Parx then GAN must have at least 20% or more on its platform.

However, on the downside October's sports results weren't favourable to sportsbooks which might affect CoolBet' revenue.

Speculation regarding DKNG looking for new tech stack and PENN doing the same following the parting of the ways with KAMBI - seems some think it may result in a bidding war

Nov 11th... Armistice Day!

Anyone could be forgiven that DAN's shares are quoted on LSE with that chart...
Hopefully the figs will taste so sweet the shares will recover to $20.

If GAN keeps moving the same way it has been doing for the past few weeks, I think I will be joining you with the cyanide!

Another day of 'step downs' on the chart. Days like this are getting all too repetitive for my liking.

We seem to be establishing a trading level around $14/$15, with zero interest in, or support for the stock at the moment.

Can't think that the Coolbet investors who took our stock in their takeover can be too happy.

If share price stays under 20.00 much longer it will not matter. Bid around 26.00 will take them out of play. They are debt free, money in the bank and roughly cash neutral while expanding. Unfortunately it will not be long before bids start.Hope not but it's logical for the bigger players to utilise their tech and absorb their market share before it takes hold. IMHO.

On the contrary, the issue for GAN is that the revenue mix is increasingly skewing towards Coolbet which, given some of the exposure to unregulated markets and the inherently less predictable nature of a B2C business, will attract a far lower market multiple despite the strong growth.

$14-$18 is likely to be the trading range until the more attractive B2B side of the business really starts to deliver.

Only fly in the GAN ointment is that the recent presentation was all about looking ahead two years plus. Expect some continuing losses to be announced next month and you will not be disheartened from the long term profitability story.

Playtech deal just adds more value to Gan as it quantifies more the value of their offering. The sector is a hot potato at present and each piece removed just increases the value of the remaining viable, reliable, well run players left. There is more to come , I expect into next year.Gan , Webis and Gaming Realm all large holdings of mine and I expect 2 at least to be bid for in next 12 months.Saw the same thing a few years ago in the payment processing sector where I had 3 companies that generated the funds I piled into Gan when they were all taken over.Best 60k I ever invested.Good luck all.

With the share price up 20 percent on the week and Dermot in a super confident mood forecasting revenues of $250m in 2023 and $600m hopefully the teens will be left behind once and for all.

Great video released today from Fantani/GAN. A lot of insight from Dermot. Confirmed two GANSPORTS clients in Canada. Discusses company valuation. Discusses playtech.

I like the target price of $26 that Riley have come up with, though looking at previous targets of their's, the record isn't that great!

Further bullish commentary:

"GAN Limited rallies after strong revenue outlook
Oct. 15, 2021

GAN Limited (GAN +4.8%) is the biggest gainer in the casino/iGaming/sports betting sector after setting aggressive goals at an investor event today.

Analysts are impressed in their first look at the GAN update.

"Net, shares just became 'cheaper,' driven by company-specific drivers/catalysts as well as continued visible online gaming TAM growth, in our view," says B. Riley Financial analyst David Bain. B. Riley keeps a Buy rating on GAN.

Jefferies also has a Buy rating on GAN. "The meaningfully higher than expected revenue targets, coupled with Mgt's focus on its competitive positioning and growth drivers outlined in the initial release and expected in the analyst meeting, should prove to be positive for the shares," updates analyst David Katz."
