Correction:

'GAN has shrunk to a miserable 25% of its ATH'. It's not 25% of the ATH but just 15% of the ATH.

Not confident about 'coming up with the goods a week from now. The market often reflects how a company is doing and, sad to say, in my experience it is not often wrong.

One tiny bit of positive news is that the company does not appear to have used any of the $5 million is set aside to buy in stock that it announced on November 30th when the share price was $11. If it had, we would now be looking at a big loss!

Clearly no cred for the silver-tongued Smurf in share price performance.
I'm c 40% down overall after being c. 300% up at the Feb 2021 highs.....
To think; these were being touted to get to US$60 at the time!

GAN has made deals but, while the US gaming sector has grown considerably,
& is still growing, the value of GAN has shrunk to a miserable 25% of its' ATH.
ENT is UP 125% on the same timescale FFS!

The Smurf gets a huge FAIL so far. Better come up with the goods a week from now.

GAN Schedules 2021 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Results Conference Call for March 22, 2022 after market close on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
The Company will host a conference call to discuss these financial results at 4:30 PM ET that same day.

Market cap now $277m. Coolbet was acquired for $176m, Q3 ended with cash of $50m.

Market appears to be ascribing next to no value to the B2B side. Quite incredible collapse in the space of 12months.

For once there might be some very difficult questions being posed on the Q4 earnings call next month...

Wonder if any break clauses were built into the Twinspires multi-year agreement? And what GAN were forecasting to generate in 2022 and 2023 from it?

Not followed Gan for a year or so and just checked in. Gan market cap now what? $250m, paid $176m for Coolbet which seems to be performing well? Old Gan valued at $74m assuming Voolbet has not appreciated! How low can this go?
