09/2/2021 12:51 | Perhaps Parx are simply seeking the option of some future flexibility for their $3m....maybe they don't want to be tied into GAN in case some future GAN takeover was bad for them and they wanted to switch. | molatovkid
09/2/2021 12:34 | Isn't this usually where noujay comes in and flexes his brain power?! What ya got for me boss? | mets333
09/2/2021 12:29 | Thanks moltav. Do they usually get back to people? Let me know what they say. Can't possibly imagine how a one time 3 million dollar fee is more valuable than being the exclusive RMIG provider for their online Sportsbook and casino. | mets333
09/2/2021 12:24 | They agreed on 10 years with the patent not 10 years of providing RMIG | mets333
09/2/2021 12:23 | But why agree 10 years? Emailed the head of Investor Relations to clarify this exclusivity release element. | molatovkid
09/2/2021 12:18 | There must be a reason Parx wanted to be released from exclusivity. Not really something you negotiate for if you don't plan on leaving, in my.opinion. | mets333
09/2/2021 12:14 | A main question I have, I thought all of Gan's RMIG clients had access to the patent? And 2, Why release Parx from Exclusivity? | mets333
09/2/2021 12:12 | $31 pre-market | molatovkid
09/2/2021 12:08 | A dig at FanDuel and Kambi GAN delivered uninterrupted performance for all our U.S. clients during Super Bowl LV, just as we did last year and the year before that. | mip55

09/2/2021 12:05 | GAN Announces Successful Super Bowl and Patent License with Existing CustomerGAN delivers uninterrupted technical performance with over 14 million bets processed on the day of Super Bowl LV and secures $3 million patent license revenue | mip55
09/2/2021 11:22 | Have they taken into consideration the value of coolbet and the revenue/profits that will come in from them? I can see 48 if it was just GAN, but it looks like coolbet can significantly accelerate profits, even have more than just GAN itself | tomv33
09/2/2021 11:06 | This just out this morning on Stockgumshoe.com could help things along nicely today: It was good to see Titan's new coverage of GAN, but I thought their $48 target for 2023 was pretty conservative considering (1) the likelihood of the state by state gambling roll-out now accelerating and the revenue potential therein, (2) the global potential for the combined GAN/Coolbet operation in Asia, Europe etc and (3) the valuations of companies in the USA. | rivaldo
09/2/2021 10:32 | I guess this is one stock that is so difficult to give a realistic valuation to as we have yet to see the impact of all these new clients and states will have. I’m firmly believe it will be positive and I guess the ER shortly will give guidance. The fact there’s a large portion held by institutions makes me believe that a valuation far north of what it is currently is likely. Just my opinion | ksavani1
09/2/2021 09:59 | One thing the recent run has achieved is the amount any potential bidder has to make for GAN. Just a few short days ago some were mentioning a minimum of $25 . Today we must be looking at 36-40 as a credible first offer? | mip55
09/2/2021 09:16 | To be fair mylands, $50 would be great for me too. | molatovkid
09/2/2021 08:47 | mkid I would be 'quite happy' with $50! | mylands
09/2/2021 08:34 | A few of our US friends on Stocktwits are getting quite enthused about GAN. Predictions/expectat However, when you look at the valuations attributed to a lot of the US gaming companies which are multi-billion, then all of a sudden GAN, now with the complete package since Coolbet, still looks the value play and has a lot of catching up to do. Things could get very interesting here - if they aren't already... :-) We have a leading player in a new, unexploited market in the largest economy in the World. Important to play this one correctly. | molatovkid
09/2/2021 08:13 | Blackrock on-board. 1.24m shares..... | molatovkid
08/2/2021 23:10 | harry the haddock With four old shares being equivalent to one Nasdaq share, assuming an average cost for your old shares of 40p, your new Nasdaq share cost you £1.60 or $2.19 ($1.37/£). With tonight's closing price of $30.40 you have a gain of $28 or 1,282%!! The vast majority of that gain has been in the last 8 months, not bad!! | mylands
08/2/2021 22:48 | Let's hope Wynn are looking at GAN to help it with its WynnBet endeavours:- www.legalsportsrepor | daveme
08/2/2021 22:31 | It seems there were some software problems with Kambi supplied customers and with the in house FanDuel systems during Super Bowl ...FanDuel does operate on its own technology but has now fallen over multiple times on NFL Sundays in recent weeks. The company said the outages were due to "unprecedented demand" around the game....Maybe should have stuck with GAN!https://www.lega | mip55
08/2/2021 21:00 | 'In summary, we believe GAN is the toll road in online gaming: a mission-critical B2B technology platform poised for explosive growth and share gains as more states approve iGaming and sports betting.' | molatovkid
08/2/2021 20:23 | $250k buy went though not that long ago. Nice to see | texas pete1
08/2/2021 20:12 | harry About £5.46 at current exchange rate. SP holding up well at $30. | fizzypop |
