According to Press release from Wynn on September 2, 2020,, Scientific games is WYNNs partner in NJ, Colorado, and Indiana.

A simple google search of WYNN SCIENTIFIC GAMES VIRGINIA and nothing comes up, just the PR about the other states.

That's just some articles that says they went live, not a press release from the company... but u can download the app and start betting only thing that stopped the bet from going thru is im not currently in VA. That pup is definitely live tho

To counter that point, they also launched with no mention of anyone else, which is equally as bizarre. Obviously they didn't do it themselves.

Mets333, where does it say WynnBet went live in Virginia? I can see it has recently been granted its licence in Virginia, but not that it has started taking bets.

With regards whether GAN is behind WynnBet in Virginia, that was the speculation when GAN mentioned an existing client has signed up to use its CoolBet sportsbook. However, I suspect it is way to early for Coolbet to launch in the US yet, hence if WynnBet has launched in Virginia and GAN is behind it then I doubt CoolBet is providing the sportsbook initially.

I wouldn't have thought the close period prior to results would stop GAN releasing a statement if it was behind WynnBet launching in Virginia since most likely the information could be gleaned from elsewhere and hence GAN wouldn't be announcing anything not already known to the market. I would worry, however, if WynnBet has launched with no mention from GAN.

As has been the case on many days, a move upwards first thing is then a signal for sellers to move in driving the price lower. Definitely caveat emptor IMO first thing in the trading day.

Dave, that's what I got from it as well, but the person who showed me the article via a different GAN message board seemed to think stardust/FanDuel was opening an entirely separate online casino independent from the FanDuel sportsbook and casino app. Said the article implied 888 casino in nj would become stardust casino, and In pa a new icasino would be launched. I thought just the rebranding and no new launches. So definitely questions remain....

With NASDAQ up over 400pts our performance, so far today is, to say the least, disappointing, but at least we are up and clawing our way back towards $30.

Maybe we have got to wait till March 25th?

Mets333, the article does talk about Fanduel "has partnered with Boyd Gaming ... to REBRAND FanDuel’s online casino platforms with the iconic name", hence hopefully it is just a name change on the site. I believe Boyd already licences GAN's patent so that it can link up its player loyalty program (I think the big one-off licence payment of £3M a couple of years back was from Boyd).

However, I would feel more comfortable if GAN made it clear that the new Stardust branding is simply that and that GAN is still supplying the backend technology.
