Don't know why anyone is looking forward to any results.

Havn't they already warned us they aren't going to be particularly good at the last results due to the high administrative costs from recruiting all the technical guys?

Someone asked when the next trading update was due.

Looking back to last year, the post year end update was on 31st January, but we were then on AIM, so not sure when it will be now that we are on NASDAQ.

My thoughts on TO are, a buyer is accumulating now anyway and continue to do so, so we are being take over if true anyway. However as Dermot is doing a good job and it's early on they are letting him cement the foundations more.

I think you are right, Festario. hope you get back in at a reasonable price. Traders are looking at 2-3 dollar gains. Some of us are long for multiples of the current share price

GAN has got a lot of growth in it yet, I just can't sell down the others at the moment.Even over 30 dollars this will be worth investing in, when the time is right.GAN was good to me, it will be again.

Good to see that GAN is edging back to it's previous highs.I'm not in at the moment, but I like to see you all doing well.Once PIRI and IQAI throw off some serious profit for me, or HE1, I'll be joining you all again.

HOME News GAN Announces Partnership with Seneca Gaming Corporation

GAN announced that soon it will be providing its social casino and simulated gaming products to Seneca Gaming Corporation as part of the new partnership with the New York casino operator.

Seneca Gaming is a leading provider in New York and runs three of state’s leading casino establishments on behalf of Seneca Nation of Indians. GAN is set to replace its existing simulated gaming solutions with a higher quality products for the operator.

Another important element of the partnership is that the B2B software supplier will rebrand SGC’s social play-for-fun offerings for both desktop and mobile. This will happen via its core simulated gaming software and supply customer services for the users of the platform.

As part of the deal, GAN will provide the New York casino operator with marketing services, such as acquisition and retention marketing for SGC.

Chief commercial officer of GAN, Jeff Berman expressed his excitement for the opportunity to work with Seneca Gaming. He said: “We are very excited about the continued adoption of our Simulated Gaming software and eager to work in close concert with Seneca Gaming Corporation to further enhance the user experience for their players.“

According to Berman, the partnership will be very beneficial to SGC for the integration of GAN’s software will allow it to grow even more.

As said earlier, SGC is one of the leading casino operators in the state of New York and it is currently running Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in downtown Buffalo, and Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca.

Kevin Nephew, president and chief executive of SGC, said: “GAN’s ability to develop a customized solution from the bottom-up made them the right partner to help elevate our simulated gaming platform.”

He added: “We are pleased to have a trusted partner like GAN and look forward to relaunching this exciting play-for-fun experience for our loyal players in the near future.”
Trustful Partner

Last month GAN completed the acquisition of digital gambling operator Coolbet. GAN had to pay $175.9 million in cash and stock for the fast-growing digital gaming and sports betting brand.

GAN saw the potential in Coolbet, which has been in the gaming business for four years, during which it grew its presence across multiple markets with a particular focus on the Nordics, Canada and Latin America. The brand is also licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority.

The plans for acquisition were announced in November. GAN said back then that the digital gambling operator would help it venture into the fast-growing US B2C online gaming and sports betting markets.

In a press release, GAN stated that integration of Coolbet’s proprietary betting technology started ahead of the finalization of transaction.
