Gans pr is annoying. But we have done amazing this last month. There will always be a consolidation and pull back, way it is, I'm mentally prepared for a pull back to mid twenties. We wait and see.

Less than seven trading days ago we were trading in the 23 dollar area - we finished yesterday nearly 25% up on that. Some perspective needed I feel.

One thing you can sure off is big swings in both directions. Defnitely not recommended for widows and orphans!

I know you guys don't like talking about daily price movement on here but just saying, not all news is good news. This pup was at 31.40 when the PR came out. Ended up opening at 29.55.

They are mentioned but they consistently said three operator clients for Michigan so seems it's not a lock. However on the other hand they also said four sports betting clients in Michigan from an earnings call so it's not entirely clear.Positive to see them tie a dollar figure to the patent license - based on that it looks like Parx have 40,000 rewards card members. Catch a big fish though and you are talking some potentially pretty hefty fees

Seems to me something of a trade off here. GAN get a decent payment but Parx can go elsewhere if they choose for platform and presumably that would mean their own proprietary stack or at least attempt to.They are going live in Michigan with Gun Lake but don't appear to be with GAN for that market or at least noting been indicated. They are also late to launch which may indicate their tech isn't ready. Either way I that will provide the answer as to their future intentions. Parx don't have meaningful presence in Michigan so it would be a good place for them to test things out.Mixed reaction to this.

Keep the peace, take your $3m, avoid costly legal battles and keep a client onside.

Perhaps Parx feel the same way some do here about GAN being overly reliant on Fanduel....maybe they just want to keep their options open.

Why grant someone release of rmig exclusivity in exchange to allow them to use a patent that they already have access to since 2014?

Is it a one time 3M fee or a 75$ fee for everyone that signs up? I mean they've been using the patent since 2014, how many new reward members are signing up anyways...?

Yeah I saw that.. the only thing I can think is, in the bottom paragraph he says it "sets a new bar on how much the patent is worth" sounds to me like they jacked up the prices.
