03/2/2021 13:24 | Mip, oh yeah I see the quote regarding the signing of Bragg's Seneca deal being November last year was a cut and paste of the referenced article. Obviously a mistake of the author. With regards the referenced IGT FanDuel agreement, as discussed at the time this relates to just retail sportsbooks and NOT mobile. | daveme
03/2/2021 12:17 | Nice plug for GAN last night - a full transcript on Motley Fool of a 33 minute video interview with one of their analysts tipping GAN (which I think has been posted previously in video form only): | rivaldo
03/2/2021 11:29 | Dave...I didn't state 2020, the article I quoted written last month did. Looks like the author misstated the datePlusIGT and FanDuel Group Strike Multi-Year Sports Betting and iGaming Agreement for Entire U.S. Markethttps://www.pr | mip55
03/2/2021 11:05 | Mip, the Bragg Seneca deal was penned in November 2019 and not November 2020 as you state. Also IGT DIDN'T replace GAN in the FanDuel sports betting space, FanDuel took the account management system provided by GAN in house so that it could keep more of the revenue generated through its platform. However GAN, as we know, still provides the igaming side of FanDuel's platform. | daveme
03/2/2021 10:02 | We saw what happened with Churchill Downs switching providers. The Seneca/Bragg arrangement isn't even consummated just been in place since 2019. Kambi is already integrated into the GAN platform so I would suggest that given there's no real money gaming but GAN will be providing services to the Seneca customer database and cultivating them in advance of sports/igaming then no guarantee at all that when the starting gun is eventually fired in NY that Bragg will be used as the platform. | noujay
03/2/2021 09:28 | Doh!!Disregard last post. Turns out GTECH G2 could well be a different firm to the GTECH which morphed into IGT. References found to the G2 as a Swedish company? Can anyone shed further light on this? | mip55
03/2/2021 09:21 | Background on GTECH reveals they became IGT - the firm which replaced GAN in the FanDuel sports betting space!Italian gambling company Lottomatica acquired Gtech Corporation, a US gambling company, in August 2006, and later changed its own name to Gtech. Gtech managed many state and provincial lotteries in the US and had contracts with local and national lotteries in Europe, Australia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia.In 2015, the company acquired American gambling company International Game Technology and again adopted the acquired company's name as its own. | mip55
03/2/2021 08:05 | In November last year, Bragg Gaming signed a deal with Seneca Gaming Corporation to provide casino services and player account management (PAM) to three casinos in western New York. The deal, done through Bragg subsidiary ORYX Gaming and in partnership with global sports betting provider Kambi Group PLC, is the company's first involvement in the US gaming markethttps://www.pr | mip55
03/2/2021 07:55 | Mets - it seems Bragg do, indeed, continue to provide rmig to Seneca in New York - the only state that they are involved in, although they have recently partnered with Kambi to expand into the Netherlands. I had thought they provided simulated gaming to Seneca too since there had been a complete lack of contract news for years but on doing some deeper digging found this from 2012....Seneca Gaming Corp. partnered with GTECH G2, a premier provider to the iGaming and sport-betting industry, to launch iPlaySeneca.com - a play-for-fun gaming site | mip55
02/2/2021 22:14 | Mets, I think they currently operate outside of the US but plan to enter the US market in a big way. For one, they currently have a contract with Seneca Gaming in New York to provide account management and igaming for real money gaming when approved, i.e. the facilities GAN would have provided if Bragg hadn't got there first. Whether GAN can impress Seneca sufficiently with its simulated gaming offering to usurp Bragg remains to be seen. | daveme

02/2/2021 21:02 | A few 'positions' are being taken that's for sure by the early movers. Now GAN has the full package and patent protection then why not us? | molatovkid

02/2/2021 18:06 | Bragg Gaming is coming after GAN: Hopefully by the time Bragg gets established in the US, GAN would have been bought out for a significant premium. | daveme
02/2/2021 17:28 | DKNG dragging the sector higher, RSI currently up 6.5% and GNOG 5% | mip55 |
