In the Investor Presentation on 8th September, slide 7 talks about 3+ launches in Michigan and slide 10 shows Q4 2020 (which we all now know became Q1 2021) as launching FanDuel (Michigan), Churchill Downs and Sault Tribe Operator Partner (which we now know was Wynn):-



I've never seen definite confirmation that a 4th operator will launch, although I admit it does say "3+".

Parx may be questioning how much they want to invest in michigan. They're a Pennsylvania company not a national company. Some in the industry were surprised they even launched in NJ given their only ties were to PA. All in all, I'd bet they're gonna be launched with that next group of 5 that are coming soon according to michigan control board article. Gan will provide software if I had to guess.

They didn't announce they were launching FanDuel in Michigan before they launched it. I think the only reason they confirmed the twinspires and wynn launches in michigan was to announce the 10 year contract with Wynn as a new client, and for Churchill this was gan first launch for them so they announced it. didn't announce existing customer FanDuel group. Just launched it and announced after. That's 1 theory. Gan wasn't on nasdaq yet when they launched Parx. I'd have to go thru the PR and see if they have the first right to refusal or if it was a contract for every state Parx enters or just pa and nj, etc. Several things to look into if concerned about Parx

Going back to the 4th RGS implementation in Michigan, it probably is for Parx. However, I am slightly concerned that I've never seen any confirmation from GAN, or Parx, that GAN will be supporting Parx's launch in Michigan. I've seen third party content that talks about GAN being the technology provider for Parx, which we all know is the case in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but the content writer might just be assuming that will hence be the case in Michigan.

Perhaps GAN are just providing the casino side for Parx in Michigan and not the account management stuff, why the silence from GAN otherwise?

It's about 17-19% at the moment isn't it? I wish all gan investors could organise and move as one like GME. IF we did it would gain traction. One good thing which would drive it up quickly is also the fact we don't have a huge number of shares in issue. A sustained buying period would drive it up very quickly.

Didn't it say 4 RGS integrations in michigan? Why would they include wVA in there? Hopefully it is wVa because I believe the only online casino running is Draftkings so much less competition than launching Parx in michigan

Doubting it even launches at this point. It's been talked about for a bit more than two months I feel like. Also wondering what the hold up with Twinspires in tennessee is. They said in PLAYTENNESSEE article that Twinspires received their license already and they're just waiting on GAN.

With regards the 4 RGS integrations, the 4th one might be for FanDuel in West Virginia. We've been promised this for the last two months or more. I don't know what the hold up has been but perhaps an announcement is imminent.

Gun lake is Parx and will supported by gan I posted the link on stock twits 7 days ago it's a picture of play michigan.com update about Parx. Lists gan as Parx platform provider and gun lake as the casino

On page 16 of Noujays presentation, GAN compare themselves to Scientific Games.

They have a $3bn+ market cap...I wonder if they might fancy taking out a major competitor.

In the same presentation, they mention Coolbet and a documentary. Here is part 1 - hopefully part 2 will be to the right.

A great start in Michigan. What took my attention from the "‘Big Bang’ Market Commencement in Michigan" slide was the "125+ Online Casino games from 4x RGS integrations" bullet point. Three of the integrations, I assume, relate to the launches of FanDuel, Churchill Downs and Wynn but who does the 4th integration relate too?

It may be Parx but there is no other mention of launching Parx in the slides. Hopefully GAN will be supporting Parx when they do eventually launch but as they haven't launched yet why mention an RGS integration into an unlaunched product?

Hopefully Parx will launch sooner rather than later.

Yeah he still has a short despite saying he doesn't. He only has 12mill here so prob not the place to draw from to cover his short loss, plus he clearly knows something about ny so would imagine he would keep this one. And anyway even if he did sell, who cares, we would categorically know why he sold and we don't need to worry, when totes sell it only worries me when I don't categorically know why.
