They are good no after Cohan now, who as we know holds a large position in gan, but also had a large short on GME, and has repeatedly tweeted goading obnoxious tweets which have just incited the mob even more. Hopefully gan and his holding here will fly under the radar. I'd rather not have 4million rightfully enraged diehards deciding they will short attack his investments.

Robin Hood are going to get stung now as well. They stopped allowing buys on those stocks and within 1 hour revived over 250,000 one star reviews on the App Store. Followed by a mass exodus of accounts. Not long till their iPO, they are going to get screwed over here.

Although Dermot talks about an open goal of $500M of revenue in the next 5 years, I suspect he realises the chances of GAN still being a publically listed company in 5 years is pretty slim. The following article highlights the M&A mania in the US online gambling industry at the moment:

The great irony is that in trying to teach shorters a lesson, they have created a shorting opportunity ! I can see a few people getting burnt here.

Although there is a certain schadenfreude in watching the hedge fund shorters feet being held to the coals by a concerted group of private investors the problem is that those hedge funds have to cover their losses by selling shares in perfectly good companies (GAN for example) in order to stop going bust. It could be an interesting few days ahead
