Not sure about PENN but bear in mind FanDuel only currently generate about 12% of Flutters income and are loss making. Added to that they have a potential legal liability of $1.5B in Kentucky.

Seneca is partnered with KAMBI for real money sports betting in NY. So while it appears they wouldn't be a Coolbet customer, the would be GAN/KAMBI customer.
