I don't particularly think it's overvalued now on a strategic basis. Delivers four business models over one technology platforms which gives GAN a pretty unique proposition, and recently added sports betting with SBTech so in my thinking amidst the scrum of large operators looking to get a foothold in the emerging US gaming landscape GAN makes a potentially very attractive t/o option. On existing numbers it doesn't compute obviously but then most tech outfits don't!

Not a trader in for long haul ... Like what is going on in US regulatory markets and GAN look very very well positioned. Overvalued on current numbers but potentially seriously undervalued on what could come.

Snuck in neatly there, seems to have a habit of dipping for a day or two then popping back but like others have said it doesn't have the dynamics of a trading stock so when I dips I tend to look at taking a few more

esp if you are a mm, remarkomsoc, take them off a mug for 63p and a few minutes later flog them for 70p.
Little point in buying GAN unless you believe in the story-and so far panning out much better than expected re deals, SCOTUS judgement and interest in it's software from major players. This will multibag with patience imo. Traders will be canned.

Yes, the mm’s trying hard to shake out the loose holders during the “ quiet” season.

Just the mms mugging those stupid enough to try and offload or trade a very iliquid share in the middle of the holiday season. They deserve it. Sell them yesterday for 72p and buy them back off the mugs today for 62p and push it up again. Gan in a very comfortable place.

Seems unlikely quite so soon I'd say but you never know. I was expecting more holding RNS as the full fundraise has not been accounted for

Wild gyrations in the share price going on at the moment.

Could it be that one, or more, of the big investors in the recent fund raising is either a forced seller or has simply decided to take a 25% plus profit?

Biggest volume since Paspa. Didn't think we would drop so much this week and the last couple of times my top ups have come good so I'll have another crack tomorrow

I am happy to be corrected but my understanding is that the GAN patent basically links up the customer rewards programmes, online gaming and on property gaming.

I can't see any casino not wanting to be able to do this.

“Our US Patent Licensing Programme which commenced in H2 2017 may also represent a new source of licensing revenues for 2018 and beyond”.I would be very surprised if Gan are not talking to Casino groups throughout the US regarding this patent.Has anybody any further thoughts regarding the importance of this US patent?

Carcosa, on the “opening up” and $10m license fee. You are getting mixed up, this fee is a Pennsylvania specific digital license fee allowing a casino to offer online peer to peer non peer to peer and interactive internet gaming. 9 casino’s out of 14 have signed up so a pretty good hit rate for the state coffers of $90m. This is GAN’s bread and butter and results in a revenue share that is high margin to Gan due to operational leverage. Sports betting is taxed and in Pennsylvania will be taxed at 36% and no operators have signed up for this yet except Parx which is going to use Gan to provide the sports betting technology. Yes 36% is high (other states you will have researched are 10-15% proposals) and could slow sports betting in Pennsylvania down but If they stay with 36% people will simply cross states or continue with illegal bookies so it could well come down, sports betting is low margin after all, ask WMH. This is why Gan has such a great opportunity, its technology is best in class to roll out Casino interactive gaming plus the proposed roll out of sports betting. 2 strings to the bow. Think forecasts and cash burn have been covered off. To be fair many of us have said Gan is hard to value currently but for me Mgt are ticking all the right boxes. Nice top up opportunity earlier :)

ramridge - cashburn will probably be higher that 2017 as they plan to substantially increase their software engineering resources, which is, in part, why they raised the £7.5m.
