I am more convinced now, after the last two RNS's that my above prediction from Tues morning, before either, will come good.

The mms have been holding this back gathering stock from leveraged PIs who can't afford to hold, before they let it fly.

Both RNS's are an acknowledgement of GAN's platform as being a world leader-it has taken years to develop and perfect-so I expect many more partnerships as bookies, casinos, online gamers strive for a bit of the action but don't have the time or know how to develop a platform to regulatory standards-which is GAN's ace in market where first mover advantage is everything.

I am wary of small companies in general but Smurfit involvement here is a big deal imo. esp with connections to the likes of PaddyPower and US know how from previous business interests. aimo

I'm sure it's not a straightforward process. As to the exact requirements I'm not sure and I suspect you'd be at it for hours trying to fathom it, but as the company have mentioned it as a potential medium term goal (last year) then presumably they have some form of ambition for it and understanding of it.In any event newsflow at the moment is excellent and the momentum is building very nicely.

I checked a couple of months ago at the requirements for a US Listing and GAN failed that test. You need to Google the requirements to see where they have some way to go before they can get listed in the US.

I'd expect this to kick on meaningfully again as this latest news spreads.I would be fascinated to know where the current consideration is regarding to a dual listing.

MM's playing their usual tricks, showing a spread of 72/73, when I can buy 10k at 72.15p, which would show as a sell.

Stadium is actually a joint venture between Parx owner Greenwood Racing and the Cordish companies - filings show that the UK based majority shareholder in Parx will only own a third of Stadium - hence the reason they managed to obtain a licence in Pennsylvania. I sincerely hope though that if GAN demonstrate they can successfully produce the goods at Parx then why would Stadium bother to look elsewhere for a gaming partner?

As FanDuel are now essentially PPB US and represent their big move into the territory this partnership will scale as they do, which will likely be quickly.

One of the other Pennsylvania applicants with an, as yet, unbuilt casino is Stadium. From onlinepokerreport :Stadium Casino hasn't even got a fully built casino, so its plans may still be up in the air. Industry rumor suggests that it may partner with GAN.

Certainly everything we are seeing is a general strengthening of GAN as a business and we certainly appear to be leading the charge in the early US online adoption of gaming and sports betting.

If this regulation does for the US gaming and betting market what the Internet did for online UK gambling then the US market nationwide could be monumental long term

Great news, we have an existing tie up with Paddy US so I would expect to land the Fandual contract given its a PP JV! Should test previous highs of 79p. Results, KPI’s, some bullish forward guidance and a broker upgrade please.....

A significant one too....Paddy Power Betfair are no small potatoes.....plus this one is not linked to a on the ground casino - online sports betting only by the sounds of things.
