09/8/2018 13:28 | I have proof. Some of it is in the public domain if you care to do some research. The two are linked. Proof is the CAN RNS. I dont think SBTech deny the relationship. Here is proof of their willingness to attach the Asian markets, all on which are illegal for sports betting. | brownie69
09/8/2018 08:32 | if he is defaming either company he is on thin ice without proof | shaker44
09/8/2018 08:29 | Well Brownie, Thankyou for your prompt response. I would suggest that you stop digging here, lest the Law of Unintended Consequences initiates itself. You continue to make wild and as yet unsubstantiated statements regarding Gan and now SBTech. I would again seriously suggest you consider your statements..for that is what they are...and either provide a validation or a retraction. | thefartingcommie
09/8/2018 07:58 | GAN have no sports betting tech or knowledge of their own. They have partnered with SB Tech as per one of the numberous GAN RNS's. Thats where you should focus your research. Your starters for 10. SBTech claim to be a B2B operation but they own Bet10. SBTech have significant revenues from licensees who operate in illegal markets eg China where sports betting is totally illegal. | brownie69
09/8/2018 07:57 | ah..Brownie...how very nice to see you ....again ;)..though I do feel that some of your comments are becoming very intemperate. In particular you state that..'GAN who have some illegal gambling connections'. I would seriously suggest you consider this statement..for that is what it is...and either provide a validation or a retraction. I look forward to your prompt response. | thefartingcommie
09/8/2018 07:31 | However I dont think any will be coming in the direction of GAN......REALLY??Let me remind you ( or make you aware ) of the RNS notices issued in just the last month or so by GAN. Then tell me again that this company is not going to be making money from these dealsGAN to Deliver Sports Betting for Parx Casino via Its Award-Winning PlatformGAN PLC FanDuel to leverage GAN's enterprise softwareGAN PLC GAN to launch Parx Casino Internet GamingGAN PLC GAN launches Ocean Online Casino in New JerseyGAN PLC Extension of agreement with Everi Holdingsbut I do not like to see investors loose (sic) money because management have been economical with the truth or are inept.Again, thanks for your concern but it is, I believe, wildly misplaced. | mip55
08/8/2018 22:53 | Brownie - would you mind explaining the "illegal gambling connections" comment or the "economical with the truth" comments? As an investor here with no reference point for either of those it would be very helpful to know what the evidence to back that up is.With regards to the former it's a bit hard to believe since they are formally licensed in NJ for starters. Many thanks in advance. | noujay
08/8/2018 21:17 | Farting commie. No you dont know me. I do not have a position either long or short in GAN but I do not like to see investors loose money because management have been economical with the truth or are inept. MIP55 Yes, estimated at 200 USD billion in handle. Its a market that I know well. However I dont think any will be coming in the direction of GAN who have some illegal gambling connections. Noujay. I think the company has surprised investors on the downside on several occassions. I think they are close to doing it again. Thanks re convertable paid down. | brownie69
08/8/2018 14:29 | Re the convertible - that's been paid down. See May RNS. | noujay
08/8/2018 14:11 | I think the history of underperformance is as much to do with having to wait so long for US gaming to start opening up and in the interim having to change the model.Having made that model work, which offers up a decent business in itself, the real opportunity is now presenting itself. The recent newsflow and elimination of debt sets it up nicely to deliver across H2 and into 2019. | noujay
08/8/2018 11:47 | Brownie.... have you ANY idea what the repeal of PASPA means in terms of business opportunities for those involved in this nascent market? ANY clue as to how much was gambled illegally by citizens of the U.S during the last year? The cliched phrase Game Changer is, in this instance, an apt one.I think you need do a little more research before casting your pearls of wisdom but thanks for your concern. | mip55
08/8/2018 11:01 | ah..Brownie...how very nice to see you;)... er...forgive me for asking....do we know here?;)...do you have a financial interest here...or is your sage advice purely altruistic?;) | thefartingcommie
08/8/2018 10:26 | Be very careful here. Not only has this company got a long history of under performance but its fluffing up its share price on the back of the repeal of PASPA. The higher the share price the greater the opportunity for shorters to expose the skeletons in the cupboard here. Only £2.7m cash at year end results and Pre tax loss is greater. £2m raised since on a convertible that adds cost (interest) and ultimately dilution. | brownie69
08/8/2018 08:10 | A nice snippet from Paddy Power's results this morning in a section on the US gambling opportunity: "b. Market access: Most states are expected to require operators to partner with existing licensed entities, such as land-based casinos and horseracing tracks. Our scale makes us an attractive partner for these entities as they typically receive a share of sports betting revenues generated through their licence and, in the case of racetracks, we have strong existing relationships through TVG. To date, we have signed market access agreements which mean we currently operate a sportsbook in New Jersey and we will potentially have access to a further 14 states nationwide, subject to favourable legislation and regulatory approvals." | rivaldo
05/8/2018 16:02 | Penn are buying Pinnacle and as part of the deal they have to divest 4 large properties.Boyd gaming are picking up the properties for $575m..... | ltinvestor
05/8/2018 11:17 | Could be - I'd like to see some more launch RNS news over the next month so we are plugging into revenue streams | noujay
05/8/2018 09:20 | maybe it will rate an rns next week... | shaker44
05/8/2018 08:20 | This latest deal, although not directly with GAN, could be equally as important as any other by the sounds of it. As a couple mentioned on Friday strange the market didn't really pick up on it.Then again for all the discussion here it's still under the radar unless you have an interest in this sector particularly. | noujay
05/8/2018 02:26 | I totally agree and they're very active with rns at the drop of a hat which helps stimulate share price when newsflow occurs | shaker44
04/8/2018 23:11 | Irish Independent re Paddy Power Boyd deal. hxxps://independent. For a tiny company off the radar but with tentacles in several pies-the nuts and bolts of some of these these deals-the tiny incremental value from each could quickly catapult GAN into a different league as sports betting revenues exponentially grow-they will for a start-across the US. | cumnor |
