22/5/2018 14:24 | A point worth remembering is that we can get a significant share of income and without the financial risk of being a bookie or casino | molatovkid
22/5/2018 14:16 | 888 Mcap 1.1bn quid. Shows where this could be going. | tidy 2
22/5/2018 14:07 | I agree gersemi this is an exciting stock, I hold a small amount of Gan, along with Tern, Web, Ver, Spo, and 888 | carneill
22/5/2018 14:05 | Minimal selling, this is just one to tuck away what you can afford and await exciting developments in Q3/Q4 I bought more of (VRS) on the pull back, another exciting stock, dyor as usual. | ny boy
22/5/2018 13:51 | What's so exciting about GAN and indeed other UK based gambling stocks with a US presence is that they are and indeed we are present at the birth of almost brand new industry - the riches for those who succeed transformational buy a gambling stock, any gambling stock with a US presence, sit back and enjoy the ride assuming of course the company of which you're a shareholder succeeds in taking advantage of what is now occurring in the US I am trying to think of another unique opportunity (the formation of a new industry) like this and I can't think of one. Maybe gene therapy in oncology? Anyway, i'm getting excited again! time to cool off! | gersemi
22/5/2018 13:36 | More buying now. | tidy 2
22/5/2018 13:32 | Looks like we have a seller, all these buys and no movement | molatovkid
22/5/2018 13:27 | Indian Tribes Dig In to Gain Their Share of Sports BettingBy Kevin Draper, Tim Arango and Alan BlinderMay 21, 2018State officials from California to Connecticut spent last week maneuvering for control of the tens of billions of dollars in projected revenue from sports betting, and joining them was another group of powerful, and familiar, gambling operators aiming to claim their piece of the action: American Indian tribes. For three decades, federal legislation has allowed the tribes to operate casinos dominated by slot machines and blackjack tables. Now, after a groundbreaking Supreme Court decision cleared the way for states to allow betting on sports, industry experts say what may become a yearslong fight over control of sports betting will hinge on the fine print of a series of gambling agreements between state governments and Indian tribes. In Connecticut, for example, where two federally recognized tribes, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe and the Mohegan Tribe, operate the hugely successful Foxwoods Resort Casino and the Mohegan Sun, leaders of the organizations have insisted they alone have the legal authority to offer sports betting, according to their compacts with the state. They say the state may incur a steep penalty if it violates those agreements.Under the compacts the tribes and state officials signed in the 1990s, as long as the state does not authorize any other slot machines or commercial casinos, the tribes must give 25 percent of their slot machine revenue to the state. In the 2017 fiscal year, this resulted in a $270 million payment to Connecticut. | tidy 2
22/5/2018 13:13 | A very interesting read below. Noting the segment which refers to Mississippi Choctaw Indians and alluding to sports wagering on mobile being limited to actually doing it in a casino. Exactly where GAN live. The more I read (and surely not alone here) around the subject, the more the potential valuation here looks to be, potentially, comfortably above 2/3 times current.Anyway here's the article. Apologies if anybody posted it this morning:https://www. | noujay
22/5/2018 11:33 | Spread aside, the mms are playing this so sellers (small PIs) are getting 6-7p less than buyers are paying, as they quickly move the price and spread as volume on either side waxes and wanes. Will be volatile, not just because stock is held tightly, but MMs see an opportunity. PIs thinking of trading, and hoping to get back in cheaper, need to think twice. This is a share for investors and potentially massive growth story so moves in the share price will be big, and quick. imo | cumnor
22/5/2018 11:12 | We're already partners with Betfair....they could take us out. GVC are very acquisitive and would be a natural, interested party. | molatovkid
22/5/2018 10:58 | 6666 - I recognise that trade - one of the lads on JAY uses it as one his signs.......I wonder if it's him? Sounds like a top fella | gersemi
22/5/2018 10:54 | Added on the dip Anyone seen ASC, big move today, something afoot? | ny boy
22/5/2018 10:49 | Very illiquid though so the moves are gonna be brutally volatile - keep focused on those company fundamentals.... | gersemi
22/5/2018 10:47 | Some track back! The MMs have really squeezed the punters and shaken the tree in a big way. Time to buy some more. | mylands
22/5/2018 10:38 | It's extremely likely in my opinion that this will get taken out. I would love to see a dual listing and steady climb to a very significant valuation but the opportunity is so big and the strategic value alone of this company will be worth plenty to one of the larger groups, so hard not to see that happening in due course. | noujay
22/5/2018 10:36 | It’s reached the broker target and slunk back, that’ll be it for now me thinks! | bookbroker
22/5/2018 10:32 | I need 182p (55k shares) for £100k - and then it's the Yorkshire Dales here I come! I reckon that's achievable in 12mths or so with a SCSW, a few nice contracts and a bit of takeover froth... | gersemi
22/5/2018 10:27 | A quid would not surprise anyone really. Looking strong. Really should buy some more.... | trentendboy
22/5/2018 10:11 | Recurring revenues are the real kicker for this model. There's a set up cost for the operator which is advanced and then GAN take a percentage going forward. | noujay
22/5/2018 10:09 | That patent could become very valuable indeed soon. If they could snag a client like Boyd or Penn National once things start to open up state-wise the valuation would rocket. The cap at just over £50m now is very small in the scheme.Of course they have to execute but that is already happening successfully. | noujay |
