21/5/2018 07:35 | Yes, though I suspect we'll struggle to get stock of any significant size - the next 6 months should be very exciting and not just for GAN but for all igaming-gambling stocks from WEB through to GVC-PBB-888-PTEC etc - take your pick! | gersemi
21/5/2018 07:34 | How did you get shot down? | noujay
21/5/2018 07:34 | I got shot down for daring to suggest this... | longshanks
21/5/2018 07:31 | gersemi ......and I’ll be joining you!!! | ltinvestor
21/5/2018 07:31 | They said last year they were working on US fundraising so I dont think this surprise many. At the end of the day, GAN have played this superbly, they have laid all the groundwork, built all the right connections and statute has now gone their way....this is a minor issue in the great scheme of things. | molatovkid
21/5/2018 07:31 | A week ago I posted:"Only ink in the ointment is that they may well be trying to raise cash. This news can only help to get away any cash raising at a modest dilution.I hold GAN and WEB. WEB has responded in a much more leveraged manner given it only had a market cap of ?3m this morning!" | longshanks
21/5/2018 07:30 | I wonder if we'll see some of this stock enter into the free-float? The liquidity here is appallingly bad so more stock onto the market will be no bad thing though with only 85m shares in issue and a small % of those in general circulation liquidity issues will no doubt persist I hope they hammer the bloody thing on open. I'll be in like a rat up the proverbial drainpipe - edit - which of course they appear to be doing - 7.31am | gersemi
21/5/2018 07:26 | Now the company is debt free and fully funded for major growth ... | ltinvestor
21/5/2018 07:21 | A company doesn't arrange an oversubscribed 7.5m fundraising over a weekend, they've clearly been working on it for a while and no doubt the Supreme Court ruling was the trigger. While 50p is disappointing given the recent meteoric share price rise ask yourself if this had been announced a week ago, what would have been your reaction? | mip55
21/5/2018 07:20 | it wasn't that last year when they had the begging bowl out was it no they needed the little mans money then now its shares 4 the boys | jon123
21/5/2018 07:13 | look at it this way, we knew it was gonna happen, its happened, good things will come out of it and on we go. If it gives us a chance to pick up some shares in the 50p range (which I doubt) then even better. | molatovkid
21/5/2018 07:10 | Looks good to me. Convertibles our of the way (and the attendance interest payment) with cash in the bank for expansion. On we go. | noujay
21/5/2018 07:10 | Aarrrh the old slip in a quick equity placing to take advantage of the share price rise! Not sure how that will be received but it was apparently over subscribed | ny boy
21/5/2018 06:34 | Will be an interesting couple of weeks ahead. Lets hope we get some corporate news from Gan re further partnerships, tie ups etc before there is even a mention of takeovers etc. | cumnor
20/5/2018 23:06 | 'it's still far too early to be placing bets on the likely eventual winners.' Whoops....a bit too late for that !! | molatovkid
20/5/2018 14:46 | Hi All. I think I recently read here of a request for the free-float....apols in advance if this has already been covered. Meanwhile, as at 31-12-2017, totals shares are 70.05m with the "over 3%'s" having 68.5% That leaves 21.36m shares, if that assists. I'm guessing there will not have been much change in the numbers since then. gla, f | fillipe
20/5/2018 12:24 | Interested to read the article - and good to see the pr people are doing their bit too | noujay
20/5/2018 11:57 | this is the pertinent statement :- 'States can regulate real money gaming to grow the number of active online players' - which now they are able to do as per the decision last week Look at the revenue share: 30-35% for simulated gaming 10-40% for real money gaming an explosion in activity will catapult revenue through the roof surely by end 2018 GAN will be turning decent profits more deals to come no doubt.... I'm getting over-excited apologies | gersemi
20/5/2018 11:40 | Answered my own question....excellen | molatovkid
20/5/2018 11:17 | I've been wondering how GAN make their money, both now and how that will look like with an online gambling explosion, therefore it is good to see there appears to be a recurring revenue model built in. | molatovkid
20/5/2018 11:12 | The patent is very interesting and having had it renewed over the course of last year they are, if I am reading it correctly from the RNS release, retrospectively licensing it to casinos who have contravened it to create further monetisation. At what level it's hard to know but it can only be very positive. | noujay |
