The share price action seems to suggest that a Brexit agreement trumps any benefit our company gains from sterling weakness against the dollar.

Blimey nod, I did not buy one but if it is sold out, as per the Forbes advert, that is £675k of income from one email.

Martin will be pleased his model is mentioned in Forbes

"the figure itself looks incredible and I cannot wait to get my hands on it once it is released in March next year."

GAW gets a mention

The global playing cards and board games market size was valued at USD 11.95 billion in 2018 and is expected to expand at a CAGR of 8.7% over the forecast period. Increasing importance of building team spirit through traditional tabletop games is a key factor driving the growth. Rising preference of millennials for old school games during social gatherings is expected to further fuel the growth Increasing popularity of playing cards and board games for recreation is projected to drive the demand for traditional tabletop games.

Re-emergence of tabletop and card games as entertainment and recreational activities is projected to bode well for the market growth.

LOL, I thought it could sit just above my desk as GAW has been my best investment for an absolute age. I do think it might increase in value but am clueless as to whether that is a realistic hope.

Martin, are you anticipating it will appreciate in value more than a GAW share?
Or, are you looking for a new toy?

GAW now have two divisions: models and media. They are really serious about exploiting the IP, which will of course feed back into the models. The tie up with Marvel could prove to transformational; especially once they get involved with TV and films. Strange to think the shares traded below £2 during the financial crisis.

The underlying message is the building blocks are being put in place to create a much larger business, investment in production capacity, distribution along with various initiatives creating expanded customer interest in product.

W1, true, we are not going to see any impact on model sales for at least a year. The first release of a Marvel comic is due out in around 12 months. Along with the Eisenhorn Series, these are potentially significant projects, with big partners, but product releases are a long way off.On the other hand, shrewd investors should get in well before a release.

It's not material at this stage and management have no interest in juicing the s/p.

Very good news. This will surely drive a significant increase in model sales in North America and around the globe. "In an unexpected announcement ahead of this week's New York Comic Con, Marvel Entertainment has revealed a new publishing partnership with British gaming company Games Workshop that will see Marvel take on the comic book license for the popular Warhammer franchise."https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/marvel-entertainment-partners-games-workshop-warhammer-comic-line-1244396

Nice rise on the back of another strong (cash generation) "in line" update.

All is well in the World of Warhammer :-)

Games Workshop Group PLC announces today that trading is in line with the Board's expectations. Cash generation also remains strong.

Interesting wording. Cash also remains strong. In other words, trading is strong. Momentum continues.
