Look at Shylock's CV who he has been the legal adviser for in the past. In many National Newspapers, Legal Journals, BBC Panorama and court cases. Easy to find him. Especially when Shylock was defending as lead legal counsel for all the phone hackers at the Leveson Phone hacking inquiry at the High Court in London.
These hackers were especially hacking the British Army and the British Security Services, on the public record as evidence given in the High Court. Especially in the Northern Ireland troubles.
You can additionally ask Shylock about his intimate knowledge of the Omagh bomb in 1998, he had all the tapes and more. Public records fact.

Mr Phelps is notably just another of the many victims of Shylock (one of his many names). I have some sympathies for Ronald Phelps who strived for his qualifications in his field. Now his reputation has been tarnished by the legal Machiavellian mind of Shylock.

The operating characteristics of decades of Shylock work has been to create Faustian bargains and then further entangle people in his web. Significant numbers of chairman and executives in many corporations have followed his legal advice and committed perjury in a court of law. They cannot then give him a bad reference as he moves from his host prey to contaminate another prey. Although, eventually, after years, a number have still ended up in corrective institutions.

The worst case, on the other side of the Atlantic, was a cross-examined executive who then with the aid of a handgun evacuated the cerebral cortex of his cranium.

With friends like Shylock who needs enemies.

Well I, hope he moves, no doubt sure he is decent man but shareholders have never had any joy, at least since 2015 when I first bought in.

Does anybody know how much is owed to the HMRC by Galantas, also the loan company and the Directors?.
Also how much is Police Service owed?
Do the estimates on asset valuation have any independent checks and values?
Is Phelps moving to another mine company, as stated by the poster PR100 on ADVFN SGZ?

an example for another tsx company

Suspension of Pay to Executives

Wages and fees payable to all executives have been suspended until further notice resulting in material reductions of cash use beginning the second quarter. The measure is not expected to impact the normal functioning of the Company as evidenced by the ongoing planning of project activities.

Well it was £3 million a couple of weeks ago, which was completely ridiculous. But the point is that the price could double again and no-one could say it looks overvalued. If it does get bought out, you can't imagine that will be at less than 5p.
