I just moved the price with the 150k purchase. There are clearly not a lot of shares around!

Great link, thanks bamboo2.

For a good laugh I suggest people look at the failed attempts at 'redacting' on documents such as Representation letter 21/08/2012!

The vibration and road objections appear to be going nowhere in my opinion as they have that covered, they don't appear to be a problem.

The way I read it though the Environment assessment STILL isn't sorted and may delays things again, which is really depressing with time ebbing away.
I agree with bageo the environment dept is completely out of order for ignoring the evidence provided on the basis they have to do it - but then refusing to do it, HOWEVER it does seem there's still some mistakes from the OML side as well which is really frustrating as it just needlessly gives the environment dept ammunition and is equally inexcusable.

bamboo - I think their clarifications are solvable, some information is in the document already and others are capable of being supplied.

Separately I don't see how any department can give an answer of we can't answer due to not having the expertise forever - there are 2 solutions hire someone in or hire a consultant.

topbidd, take a look at last weeks reply from Natural Heritage.
Click on 'Associated Documents'

bageo, I don't think it is solvable.
I guess that if Attwood goes ahead without a NH involvement in the decision, it will leave the planning approval open to testing in the court.

topbidd full details are on the ni planning website. There are some requests for additional information but also the fact that the department needs to undertake work but doesn't have the expertise. The doesn't seem anything that isn't solvable.

2.5g/t is an appropriate cut-off grade for an underground mine which is the plan. These are solid looking numbers and just using M&I should payback capital (remembering significant infrastructure is already in place) and give a return before the inferred is considered.

With underground, vein type mines, you would never expect a long mine life on M&I from surface drilling as it is much more cost effective to drill out from underground and on a continuing basis. If you read around there are plenty of mines that have always had a few years mines life and have had this for 20+ years.

2.5g/t is quite a high cut off grade

Results - Sounds like solid progress, but not over promising on timelines or anything, on the planning front.
Also good news on the EU support for early stage exploration.

With PoG crashing down this pathetic outfit has lost its raison d'etre.
Fair value now is 0.5p a share as irish bog and the donkies upon it must have some residual value? I would buy at half a pee, loads of shares and leave them
for my grandchildren to play with in 50 yrs time.

Hindsight is one thing but what the company needs now is some forsite and planning which I believe it currently lacks both. Until they stop the company being run by accountants and bring some engineers in the company will go no-where

500 more than I'd risk the cash on today, so fair play to them.

My skills at identifying a good purchase price are not that precise though, I have some I bought in 2006, it's looking like, with the benefit of hindsight I admit, I may have overpaid a tad then. :-)

I remember a few years back writing on here that I wasn't impressed with the performance of Gal. I was castigated by cheading who 2 years or so later was working on behalf of the company. Does he still have a roll with the company?

I suspect someone has a little more knowledge/information than the rest of us. I sent an e mail to Roland this morning. He didn't reply and so I guess there will be an announcement in due course.

Final results should be soon. I am sure they will cheer us up. Or not ;-)

It is just wait and see or take the loss and go. With little real idea of the odds of a positive outcome, even if you had or thought you had an inside track.

I guess the situation is not filling me with joy, but I may as well have a bit more pain, I might even learn something about where I invest geographically in future.
