The Canadian shares last traded at 14.5c which is just over 7p.

This stock is so illiquid in Toronto, that a buy of 100.000 could easily send the price to mid to late teens.

POTENTIAL CHALLENGE TO PLANNING CONSENT13(th) October 2015 : Galantas Gold Corporation ("Galantas" or "the Company") has been made aware of what purports to be pre-action correspondence from an individual who intends to challenge, by judicial review, the actions of the Department of Environment Northern Ireland (DOENI) in granting planning permission for underground mining beneath the existing open pit.Environment Minister, Mark H Durkan, announced approval of the underground extension on 11(th) June 2015, including strict environmental conditions. The approval was the result of detailed, independent environmental studies, which were the subject of intensive scrutiny by regulators and the public over a two year period.Since the grant of permission, Galantas has been actively preparing for implementation of the consent, which is expected to create hundreds of jobs in the Omagh area and the Company has been inundated with local job applications.Roland Phelps, President & CEO of Galantas Gold Corporation said, "I expect a judicial review, if brought to the High Court in Belfast, to support the planning approval as granted. The individual challenging the decision raised concerns during the planning process and I note that these concerns were carefully examined by DOENI Planning Service. The Company will be seeking additional information and will advise shareholders of material information if it arises."

Roger Bade from Whitman Howard about Dalradian: "As a result of the over-allotment option, the Northern Irish gold explorer raised C$40.25m gross, as compared to the $35m originally intended in their share placement. They have therefore raised almost C$168m in fresh equity over the past five years, enough to build Galantas’ Gold’s* (GAL/GAL-TSX-V) - Reiterated BUY new underground mine 16.5 times.

Our neighbours have raised another $35m (minimum) and aim to apply for permission in 2016. I know which is better value right now.

GAL has never had a history with permission for an underground mine as the backdrop.

That is very company transformational potentially.

And they also have more resource proven up. They haven't completely stood still despite all the previous disappointments. And they have also raised a decent slug of money with a big investor with a very solid background in this area, Ross Beatty. I don't think he is a fool and most of the money raised is for drilling to prove up the resource further thus adding to our value.

Can understand the pessimism due to past disappointments, but the company is now in a good place to build value from....I believe.

That really is a powerful announcement today.

Some of those gold grades are to die for. It obviously depends on what further gold resource/veins they may lead us to, but it certainly is a case of 'following the yellow brick road' to see what these mineralisation clues/indicators may bring.

Some further strong potential newsflow to come yet with further drilling.

We may find further veins of gold as well as exploring the Joshua vein at some further depth. That should be the catalyst to secure the funding to commence underground mining.

Really some of the most exciting newsflow in a long time.

Recent follow up prospecting focussed on the distinct magnetic and conductivity anomalies situated directly east, in PL 3235. The source of the gold has yet to be identified but a cluster of strongly anomalous results for Chromium and Nickel were found in outcrop, float rock and stream sediments. Results range from 1800 g/t to 1960 g/t Nickel (Ni) and 1680 g/t to 1760 g/t Chromium (Cr) in float grab samples. Anomalous Ni and Cr in outcrop grab samples ranged from 2040 g/t to 2050 g/t Ni and 1770-2020 g/t Cr (2040 g/t approximates to 0.2% ).A high Magnesium content was noted amongst those samples enriched with Nickel and Chromium. Rocks and gouge material are believed to derive from a mafic intrusion. Recent mapping has delineated its visible extent which was found to correspond with the magnetic anomaly previously reported (June 22(nd) 2015).Approximately 1.5 km south-west of the geophysical anomalies, raised values for Copper (3430 g/t) and Silver (3 g/t) were identified in outcrop.Another adjacent licence, number 2315, yielded anomalous gold results for two, sieved, un-panned sediment grab samples within streams associated with a major fault. Results ranged from 0.2 g/t to 0.9 g/t gold. The anomalous gold results are further supported by panned stream sediments.Roland Phelps, President & CEO of Galantas gold Corporation said, "I am delighted with these early stage results. Hi all got some of these in Canada and plan to accumulate more over the coming months.Reasons:A dear friend is heavily invested and I .trust him.Gold price correction about to end imho.Ross beaty mining entrepreneur who really knows how to find value is now involved. In an interview he mentioned at holding positions in junior miners with decent resources in the ground is like an insurance policy for him and is confident that gold prices will surpass USD2000 in the next few years.And finally and most importantly the permit for the mine granted last month.If they can prove more resource that would be very good development.
