Sure. I gather something more was said, just rumours I guess.
Price unmoved, & anyway print needs reviving, not isolating & left to die!

It was in the public domain at the time of the TI announcement that CMA would have to approve the acquisition.

Last year there was an interim trading update on the 19 Feb raising expectations for the HY. The record breaking Black Friday performance announced in December bodes well for the likelihood of another interim statement this year. With less than 5 weeks to go, we could start to see a pick up in activity and head back above 1500p in anticipation of another 19Feb statement, followed by a break out above 1600p assuming the news continues to be positive.

Having taken my starting stake off the table, I can't lose on this and have 80% of my holding left. Performance so far says stay in to see how the "rinse and repeat" goes with the purchase of TI Group for £140M (which an American outfit bought for over US$1Bn. a decade ago!)

There might be some flack about Zillah & Penny's remuneration, but compared to the overall results, it's not a major issue IMO. If you want talent, pay for it!
Should things go to plan I expect a share price in the region of £20+ within 12 months. Worth waiting for iMO.

AGM on Feb. 5TH should give us a clue as to how this is playing out...

Havent looked in here in a while. This stock was great for me last year so fwiw have a look at Ascential. If Edge and Flywheel work then it could be Future but bigger. They have just won a deal with Coke for Edge. They will be providing the granular trend data at a micro level for the brands to spot opportunities (Edge) and also hosting the e-commerce strategy (ie the actual sales) on their platform (Flywheel). So for brands like Coke its a major headache solved if it works. If Coke like it then likes of Nike cant be far behind IMO. People who have made money in Future understand how powerful this stuff is so have a look. DYOR.

£14 looks like one of those ‘psychological’ pivot points, that could/ will determine the share price action for the coming weeks/ months?

Been researching this company and am drawn to it, but prefer if possible an entry point near £13 or preferably below. The one ‘draw’ for me is trying to work out the actual organic growth of all its constituents, amongst the flurry of what looks like very solid acquisitions.
