I've always felt that leaving the caps lock on is the last resort of those that are losing the argument. Doing it constantly , the act of the emotional cripple.
Please post any instances here.

Over the past 2/3 months Cap Spds charts are 'freezing' which is extremely annoying and costly when obseving the chart to close/cover a trade.

By the time you realise the chart has 'frozen' it could easily have moved away from you.

It's about time they sorted the problem out.

Does ANYBODY use Capital Spreads ?

Do they still have automatic, compulsory stops on each position ?

That was the WORST thing when I used them.

Has Cap Spreads improved nowadays ?

Do they now allow simultaneous long and short on same index ?

Can you set order levels ON THE CHART ?

and adjust levels with the mouse ?

(These are all GREAT features with IG)

I left CapitalSpreads after that despicable Boxing Day Massacre. I know I'm not the only one.

Anybody still with them ?? Have they improved at all ??

Capital Spreads has just robbed my account I traded RBS and they told me i was trading on latent prices between 2,10 and 2.15pm the advfn data confirms the trades yet they won`t honour then and have took all profits back .After a one hour slagging match they`ve suspended my accounts .

well after many heated exchanges with thier "compliance manager" I eventually got a refund of money owed to me........so I have parted comany with them for good.

Using IG without any issues.

Can ANYBODY still with Caps say if Caps has improved ?

Their software was good. But hardware just couldnt cope with busy times.

"Unexpected error" "Phone Only" and those kinds of irritation.

Just needs better performance (propably better computers ??)
