I mean you guys have been right so far so maybe!

The business would then be a 78m market cap with c. 30m net cash.

Fair to say only sellers today out there. Not sure the price at which larger buyers are willing to step in.

Trading is simple, but difficult for simple people.

Trader - they already reported a 31m loss in H1 from mainly non-cash impairments. It's already known about. That means in H2 they recovered to a profit. So business back to profit and forecasting one too.

I do agree though. So simple minded people might not know this. Headline numbers look rough now but not next year we hope

High volume day could shake out the last of the sellers, before the next move up. Potential bear trap.

True but if volume on the sell side is high as it has been of late the price will drop

It always amuses me when people post about “a” seller. The reality is there are hundreds or thousands of holders/traders, there never ever is “a” single person buying or selling

Is there a big seller or just market sentiment?

I won't start panicking unless pc2 looks like a flop.

All I want to see today is good volume (at a reasonable price) to get that seller out that has been knocking the shares a few % a day.

From Liberum below. Management have clearly told them F125 won't happen. I'm not surprised. F124 sold as much as F123 even though it was a much improved game. I think the F1 manager market is too small.

"FY24 results are a tale of two halves, as weak F1 Manager 23 and WHAOS disappointment in H1 was replaced by swift in-year cost actions and strong PDLC and console porting performance on CMS games in H2. H2 even saw a small adj EBITDA profit (as forecast) as recovery took shape. Looking forward the story continues to get more interesting, with pipeline visibility improving and forecasts de-risked with new releases on proven IP. We update forecasts to remove F1 Manager 2025, largely offset by upgrades to PC2 and JWE3 assumptions. FY25E/FY26E revenues move +1%/-4%, FY25E adj EBITDA losses narrow to £1.5m (from £2.6m) although FY26E is unchanged. We continue to note the material FY26E upside potential were PC2 and JWE3 to perform in line with previous iterations (>30% revenue upside; c200% FCF upside). BUY, 12-month TP 470p/share (from 500p)."

Nah there has been weird moves in some stocks over the last few months. Look at mab1 and team17. Feels to me like a UK mutual fund is closing down and forced sellers are about.
