I was really tempted to buy more on the dip.. But it's already 45pc of my portfolio!

I think this move was expected, last 2 days trading was unexpected after PC2 trailer but world affairs came into play imo & now recovering.
Too soon for trading update after last one + if there was one, i wouldn't expect that to be positive since F1M release. Too soon to realise data.
So I see this rise as anticipation for PC2 release and a much improved revenue stream thereafter, no turning back now, full recovery mode.

Im hopeful we hit 4-500 by end of this calendar year & a target of 750-1000 by end of next FY when sales are realised and other future releases known. PZ2? Hope so.

Somebody somewhere knows something. I don't think this move is in anticipation on PC2 or the relative success of F1 2024.

A takeover or trading update would be my guess.

PC1 sold between 2.5m-4m copies depending on the source and over the lifetime of the game.

PC2 has all the ingredients to be a huge success. Looking at the number of eyes on PC2 and hype, I would now expect 1.25-1.5m sales in year 1 and to substantially beat total sales for PC1. Not to mention how much the IP will be worth.

I was trying to convince myself to buy more today, for now I have resisted as I have a lot from different levels (some higher).

So hypded for PC2. Also the budget is way lower than F1 or Warhammer game. So kind of breakeven day 1.
All in Fdev, always do your own due diligence.

Feedback generally positive, especially around the new pathing tool and ability to customise rides.

Water slides is pleasing for some but others don't care about them. The ones that do want a few additional features such as slides going directly into pools.

Biggest gripe is from people who want more coaster content. Such as truly dark rides and switch tracks.

I'm expecting c. 1m in sales volume which is more than the c. 500k by brokers.

That should push sales to 110m and EBITDA of 12m. With 40m in net cash at that point, the EV will be about 60m and we will be back to 0.5x sales. Coupled with the return to profitability I believe the market will reward this with a 5 pound share price. So fingers crossed for that good pc2 launch.

Judging by every indicator you look at, PC2 will be huge. They are going to beat my best case scenario on sales (in my view from what I have seen).

As a shareholder I am so excited about the future.

Thumbs up for a brisk response from Frontier's "IR". Headcount is down c:a 23% since the peak now. Yep loads of positive publicity.The high volume day yesterday will hopefully have cleared out many remaining sellers around this level.Looking for a close above 260p for us to head towards 300p, then a close above 300p and we should commence the next leg up. Fingers crossed.

Parob I noticed planet coaster touched 18k of players in May which must have coincided with their sale, I'm also thinking about the add on packs and the extra cash.Has anyone noticed this guy on youtube? Projecting PC2 sales is TOUGH but in a not too far-fetched scenario the share is trading at EV/S of less than 0.5 for the current fiscal year with an EBIT margin that could be able to return to historical levels of 20%. Many ifs and buts but I have bought back a full position. $FDEV

Analysts are expecting Frontier's revenue to DECLINE during the current fiscal year which started in the 1st of June. We've already had an extremely successful Steam sale, F1M24 outselling 23 and most importantly Planet Coaster 2 coming soon.
