20/9/2018 07:09 | In response to market inquiries with respect to the Company's announcement of 17 September 2018 (the "Announcement"), the Company would like to clarify that it has come to the Company's attention that on 28, 29, 30 August 2018 and 3 September 2018, YA II PN, Ltd. arbitrarily sold 82,077,412 ordinary shares in the Company that have not been authorised, issued and admitted to trading by the Company. The Company is continuing to investigate YA II PN Ltd.'s actions in that regard, particularly the above sales and YA II PN, Ltd.'s any other possible unauthorised dealings in shares, and is unable to comment further at this time pending further investigation with its advisers and the receipt of legal advice. 20/9/2018 00:59 | Hi Fozzer Frr have two major oil companies talking JV'S - I think its time to stop the shorting on such a large scale for the sake of both frr and the future share price for shareholders on any good news. If I were a member of the frr legal team I would have instructed investigators some months ago (share price manipulation could have been going on for most of the last 12 months) and prepared a legal plan of action. I think we are now starting to see the results. Frr have started on the road to becoming a much larger business and the way the legal team are dealing with it can only help there reputation in any future JV negotiations. What are your thoughts? | graham84

19/9/2018 23:15 | DanBrown833,608 postsRE: WhatI don't think us not paying YA is anything to do with flow rates, we know we had a train of oil leave, we know we get paid I think 45 days later, so receipt of funds should be mid August so it doesn't take much of a delay for us to miss the loan payment, I think that's what's happened, we were due monies from train of oil, we were due to pay YA but would be a little late and YA elected to convert shares, forward sell and short the stock, we announced NDA's and share price rose so YA's short hurt them badly so they requested September payment in shares to cover the short, these were dismissed by Frr and now they are defaulting the whole loan and demanding full payment | ![]() mick1909

19/9/2018 23:05 | Madpunter906 postsRE: WhatLegal representation may have told them only to disclose what we have already have in the two RNS's. If FRR say that they paid, but YA didn't accept the payment because they wanted shares, does that qualify as FRR saying they paid? It could become messy with the interpretation and affect any legal case. Hence, we are only told by YJ on this bb that they paid and not through the official channels. | ![]() mick1909
19/9/2018 23:01 | . Zara's recent interview where he claimed to not know how the market works could well turn out to be a genius piece of game play. He is not that naive and I think he has allowed YA to play directly into his hand here. YA, in their greed failed to see how they were being played, decided to take the risk and have come unstuck in the process. Shame | ![]() mick1909
19/9/2018 22:52 | regdik1,132 postsWhat a day..I agree with Dirk you could not make this up as it would be too far fetched even for a Trump to issue a Fake News statement. So we have a standoff between FR and YA that the lawyers will have to sort. What seems to be claimed is that that YA again took a flyer with shares they thought they were getting but not issued or officially allocated to FRR share holdings this is illegal and I would hazard a guess that this seems to be inferred by some that this may have been done several times in the past. Did FRR bate a trap and payed late to trigger the discussion to the number of shares that may be allocated. Then payed in cash but YA (did YA reject payment as they had already sold them?) pre sold shares not authorised. Then YA asked/demanded shares played merry hell and also shares for September when FRR played hard ball ultimately YA called a default to force FRR issue an RNS (Nomad would have insisted) to get the shares to drop (presumably to buy back some of their short sale). Now we find that the Winny dogs attacked FRR in force and inferring that somehow they were privy to insider information and private emails is that not insider trading and infers a link between YA and them for mutual benefit is this not market manipulation. Who do I trust Hummm we have YA with history in this area and have what seems to infringed trading rulesOr FRR who have to have every RNS checked and verified for accuracy as these are legal documents. As a side note I have met and talked with our Nomad and he is on top of his game and I think he will due to content of the last RNS have it verified by legal. Gosh I now think the fat lady has cleared her throat and is screaming rape!I'm bidding for the book/film rights as it will be the next "Dallas" | ![]() mick1909

19/9/2018 22:18 | Now that the shares have been sold to pay for the rent, the company might as well save the cash and put it towards Niko or pay down some of the remaining debt, and then make sure in future no more shares are issued by YA without approval. I can't see the point of an extended legal dispute which is a distraction. | dodge city
