19/9/2018 07:48 | Lots of questions as always with FRR. If YA were expecting cash then why sell forward stock anyway, assuming they did as FRR say. Also FRR claim it didn't authorise the sale but why does it have to? Shares are bought and sold on late settlement all the time. One thing is clear Zaza has no cash and that means the T wells have failed. | ![]() loglorry1
19/9/2018 07:46 | Pull the other one WShak, we all know you use death spiral as the vehicle for your shorts. If they find out you colluded in what has gone on, your posts and tweets will be evidence. Knock knock, I have already sent a email. | ![]() the_merlion
19/9/2018 07:45 | The FPR YJ confirmed in emails and on a B.B. the cash payment for Aug had been made hence the YA were not authorised to convert and then sell shares they didn't own. That's why the RNS yesterday makes sense re investigation and the fact they said purported a few times. I hope the authorities take them to task. They'll look weak otherwise and it's market manipulation so I'd urge people to write to the FCA. | ![]() tickboo

19/9/2018 07:42 | Madpunter893 postsRE: Crude oil auctionCopied from the link bugsy-b posted :-Georgian Light type oil will be delivered as follows: 3.1.1.1. under EXW(INCOTERMS 2010) terms, on the oil-gathering facility located on theterritory of the Primary Oil Treatment Unit of JSC "Georgian Oil and GasCorporation" in village Sartichala, Gardabani region (stationary objectregistration number 1120057) (to be loaded in oil tank cars supplied by theBuyer); As the oil from T39 contains condensate, I assume it requires treatment to separate the oil from the condensate. This facility is also on the rail network en-route to Batumi :-https://upload.wik | ![]() mick1909
19/9/2018 07:41 | Thefozzer,I'm really not sure what is going on, to be honest. FRR obviously haven't paid them in cash if YA are selling shares they expect to get through conversion. Are forward sales illegal? I doubt it, especially if covered by a convertible agreement but the terms of that agreement may prohibit it.Who really knows? I'm not here to defend YA or FRR as I have long advocated that death spiral funding should be illegal in the Uk as it is in the States.80m shares isn't a lot, though, and it looks like the surprising recovery in FRR's share price will have been down to YA buying back after the RNS the other day. They are still owed their money by FRR and I'm not sure why you are happy about this? | ![]() wshak
19/9/2018 07:40 | Madpunter893 postsRE: Crude oil auction5000t of light crude x 6 = 30,000 bbls (conversion rates are 6 to 8 depending upon the density, so I have used the lower rate). Assuming that the first train is from August and the next from September, then that equates to 1,000 bbls/d, which is the rate that Zaza said FRR would be producing by the end of the year.30,000 x $75/bbl (the rate we were paid previously) = $2.25m each month.https://en.wik | ![]() mick1909

19/9/2018 07:33 | I don't follow FRR but YA are the Wonga.com of the finance world. If they have been up to shonkey business then it is easy to follow under MIFIDII rules | monty panesar
19/9/2018 07:32 | Looks like WShak and his YA buddies been caught out dumping and closing positions using shares they never owned. Well, both could be in trouble with authority's IMO. WShak - Shameless 'fraudster' | ![]() the_merlion
