I have had sight of email correspondence between Yorkville and Frontera, cc'ing in other advisors

it may have been YA, or one of the other advisers, who shared the info with TW

Thefozzer,I guess they have, yes. As long as it's true, so what?I have nothing to do with YA, incidentally.I compete with them to sell shares in the junk companies they lend to, albeit in much smaller size.

So if you accept he's reported the truth then I guess you must also conclude FRR have no cash and didn't make cash payment to YA. That can only mean the T wells have failed.
